Matra Health Mitigation Project "Optimizing the Role of Families in Mitigating Earthquakes"

FIKES UPNVJ - On Tuesday, April 23 2024, mitigation activities took place with the theme "Optimizing the Role of Families in Mitigating Earthquakes". This activity is carried out offline on Jl. H. Kado Blok Gedong Rt.04 Rw. 05, Limo Village, Limo District, Depok City, West Java. The number of participants who attended the mitigation activities which were carried out offline was 20 participants consisting of both RT communities. 03 and RT. 04. This mitigation activity is an outreach activity regarding earthquake disaster preparedness.

This series of activities consists of 3 sessions, namely, material presentation 1: "Earthquake Disaster Preparedness Counseling in RW 05 Limo Depok", material presentation 2: "Earthquake Preparedness Simulation Demonstration", material presentation 3: "Disaster Preparedness Bag Demonstration". The event began by filling in the attendance list of participants on the sheet provided by the committee. Then proceed with completing the pre-test for the participants.

First, the event was opened by Arenta and Maya as MCs for the mitigation activities, then reading the event rules and event rundown. Then the activity continued with remarks from the Head of RW 05, and representatives of students from the UPNVJ health sciences faculty.

After the speech, MC Maya introduced the presentation of the first material by Nurse Program Students, namely Nabilla and Maulyda, with material 1: "Earthquake Disaster Preparedness Counseling in RW 05 Limo Depok". After completing the presentation of the first material, the MC guided the committee to distribute leaflets containing earthquake preparedness simulation demonstration material and disaster preparedness bags. This was then continued with the next session, namely reading the second material presentation by Nadhira and Dinda with material 2: "Earthquake Preparedness Simulation Demonstration".

Next was the third session, namely reading the presentation of the third material by Mutiara and Naomi with material 3: "Demonstration of the Disaster Preparedness Bag" and a question and answer session as well as carrying out a re-demonstration of the disaster preparedness bag. After completing the presentation of material from the three speakers. MC guides in handing out door prizes to people who have asked.

Stepping to the closing of the event, the MC guided the post-test to the participants and instructed them to take a group photo and continued with the closing with thanks for holding the event delivered by MC Arenta and Maya.
