Student Community Nursing Practice Nursing Study Program Batch 2019 Period 1 in Kelurahan 3, Limo Depok

FIKES UPNVJ – On Tuesday, July 5, 2022, the Village 3 Community Deliberation activity was held at the Community Nursing Practice Post located at RT 01/06 Grogol Village, Limo District, Depok City. The Village 3 Community Deliberation is a deliberation activity attended by community representatives (FMD) to evaluate and develop a follow-up plan for activities that have been carried out for 3 weeks. The purpose of holding the Village 3 Community Deliberation is so that the community can play an active role in evaluation activities and formulate an agreement on follow-up plans related to existing health problems in order to maintain and improve the health status of the community in RW 06, especially RT 01 and RT 05. Village Community Deliberation Activities 3 This is carried out in order to fulfill the task of Nursing Community Student/I Nursing Practice Undergraduate Program Batch 2019 Period 1.

The Village 3 Community Deliberation activity was attended and attended by Mr. Danudin Amin, SE as Grogol Village Head, Midwife Amna and Ms. Feni, SKM as Limo Health Center Nurse, Mr. Amsir S.Pd as Chair of RW 06, Chair of RT 01 and RT 05, Health Cadres RT 01/06 and RT 05/06, residents of RT 01/06 and RT 05/06, and Community Nursing Practice Lecturer Ns. Chandra Tri Wahyudi, M.Kes., M.Kep, Ns. Ritanti, M.Kep., Sp.Kep.Kom, Ns. Sang Ayu Made Adyani, M.Kep., Sp.Kep.Kom, Ns. Nourmayansa Vidya Anggraini, M.Kep., Sp.Kep.Kom and Nursing Students/I Undergraduate Program of UPN Veterans Jakarta whose names we cannot mention one by one.

The Village 3 Community Deliberation activity started at 09.00 WIB which was opened by Sekar Wijayanti (1910711040) as the Master of Ceremony which was then continued by Oktaviolyta Cemerlang (1910711031) as the Moderator who was responsible for leading the discussion of the Village 3 Community Deliberation activities. namely the presentation of the results of the evaluation of community nursing activities that have been carried out by Bunga Rahma Dwi Cahyani (1910711039) and Siska Aulia (1910711001). After the presentation session was over, it was continued with the delivery of remarks and responses, suggestions and input regarding the follow-up plan by the Midwife Amna as the Limo Health Center, then by Mr. Danudi Amin S.E as Lurah Grogol, and Mrs. Jumiati and Mrs. Juriah as community representatives. Then entered the discussion session on the results of the Village 3 Community Deliberation which was guided by Oktaviolyta Cemerlang (1910711031) as moderator. Next is the delivery of impressions and messages from the community. The next session was in the form of remarks from Fathia Nurfadillha Aninda (1910711075) as the chief executive of the Kelurahan 3 Community Deliberation, remarks by Mr. Amsir S.Pd as Chair of RW 06, remarks from UPNVJ lecturer representatives by Ns. Sang Ayu Made Adyani, M.Kep, Sp.Kep, Kom. Then the session was continued to read the conclusions of the results of the Village 3 Community Deliberation and the symbolic giving of placards to the Grogol Village and the Limo Health Center. The Village 3 Community Deliberation activity was closed with a prayer activity and a group photo.

It is hoped that by holding the Village 3 Community Deliberation activity, the local community can actively participate in evaluating the results of activities and work together with students so that Community Nursing Practice activities can run smoothly until the end and continue with follow-up plans related to overcoming health problems that occur in RW 06. especially RT 01 and RT 05 so as to achieve optimal health status in Grogol Village.
