Gizi Peduli Sosial (GPS) 2023 “Collaborating for Action: Stunting Prevention in Children in Order to Build a Healthy and Superior Generation”

FIKES UPNVJ - Depok, July 23, 2023– With pride, the Nutrition Student Association (HIMAGI) Faculty of Health Sciences, National Development University “Veteran” Jakarta has held the 2023 Social Care Nutrition (GPS) activity with the theme “Collaborating for Action: Stunting Prevention in Children in Order to Build a Healthy and Superior Generation”. Social Care Nutrition (GPS) 2023 is a form of community service activity in the form of nutrition education for pregnant women and toddler mothers organized by the Nutrition Student Association (HIMAGI) for the 2022/2023 period and is a work program from the Social Division which was held in two meetings on July 15 and 22 2023 in the Hall of the Pangkalan Jati Village Office, Depok City, West Java.

Social Care Nutrition Activities (GPS) 2023 The first meeting consisted of a series of events that began with registration, checking the nutritional status and health for mothers and toddlers, opening by the MC, and singing the songs Indonesia Raya and Mars Bela Negara. Then, followed by the delivery of remarks by Nabila Alifia Putri as the chief executive of Social Care Nutrition (GPS) 2023, Olvi Oktafiani as Chair of the Nutrition Student Association (HIMAGI) for the 2022/2023 period, Dr. Firlia Ayu Arini, S.K.M., M.K.M. as the Advisory Lecturer, Ms. Dr. Nur Intania Sofianita, S.I.Kom., M.K.M. as the Head of the Undergraduate Nutrition Study Program, and lastly Mr. Tarmuji S.Sos. as the Head of the Pangkalan Jati Village, represented by Mr. Tarmuji H.S. The activity continued with jargon and yells, pretest filling, educational material presentation, question and answer session, games, creative implementation, post-test filling, attendance, closing of the first Social Care Nutrition (GPS) meeting by the MC, and giving gifts to respondents.
Social Care Nutrition Activities (GPS) 2023 the second meeting consisted of a series of events which began with registration and opening by the MC. The activity continued with morning exercises, NUTRICHEF competitions, NUTRICHEF judging, behavioral interviews, and announcement of winners, as well as closing remarks by Nabila Alifia Putri as chief executive of Social Care Nutrition (GPS) 2023, Olvi Oktafiani as Chair of the Nutrition Student Association (HIMAGI) for the 2022 period/ 2023, and Mr. Tarmuji S.Sos. as the Head of Pangkalan Jati Village. After that, the event continued with masking activities with Inez and the event was officially closed by the MC. Respondents who attended the Social Care Nutrition (GPS) 2023 event were 35 people.
