"Education on Prevention of PTM (Non-Communicable Diseases)"

FIKES UPNVJ – A series of activities for the Assisted Village program have been organized by the Physiotherapy Student Association for the Diploma Three Program of the Faculty of Health Sciences UPN "Veteran" Jakarta on Saturday, June 24 2023 which was carried out via offline visiting the Pangkalan Jati Village, with the theme "Education on the Prevention of PTM ( Non-communicable Diseases).

The 2023 Assisted Village activity is one of the work programs held by the Department of Community Social Affairs which aims to introduce and expand the Physiotherapy Study Program itself. This activity provides a forum in the form of outreach to the public regarding socialization, basic examinations, and questions and answers regarding related themes.

On Saturday, May 27, the activity took place offline with the Pangkalan Jati Village which was located at the Sawo Posyandu. The event started at 08.00 to 12.00 WIB. This event was attended by approximately 25 offline participants who came from the environment around the Pangkalan Jati Village.

This second month of activity was guided by M. Indra and Alya as the Hosts who are Active Students of Physiotherapy Diploma Three and Bachelor Programs at the Faculty of Health Sciences UPN Veterans Jakarta class of 2021 and 2022. Then this activity began with the opening, remarks by the Chief Executive of the Fostered  Village , Head of RW, Head of Physiotherapy Department, and Head of Physiotherapy Association.  Followed by a group photo by all participants and the committee, the participants carried out a pretest guided by the committee, the presentation of the material was presented by Putri Razita as a Diploma Three Program Physiotherapy Student. And  then carry out  a posttest guided by the committee, as well as closing
