The Village Community Deliberation II at Musholla Khoirul Huda

FIKES UPNVJ - On Wednesday, April 30, 2025, The Village Community Deliberation II was held at Musholla Khoirul Huda, Jl. Pintu 2 Masjid Kubah Emas, Meruyung Village, Limo, Depok. The Village Community Deliberation II is an activity that involves the participation of resident representatives in discussing public health data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires in the RW 01 area, Meruyung Village, Limo District, Depok City. In this activity, participants collectively identify the main issues faced and devise strategies to address them. The goal of MMK II is for the residents of RW 01 to recognize various health issues in their environment, thereby increasing awareness of the importance of maintaining health. In addition, this activity aims to provide the community with an understanding of the data collected and enables students to assist residents in determining problem priorities and their solutions.

The Village Community Deliberation II event was attended by Dr. Toni Hermawan as the head of UPTD Puskesmas Kecamatan Limo, Asep Suherman, S.E as the head of Meruyung Village, Mr. Abdul Gani as the head of RW 01 Meruyung Village, and the heads of RT 01, RT 03, and RT 04, Ns. Syamikar Baridwan Syamsir, M.Kep., Sp.Kep.K., as the Coordinator of Community and Family Nursing Courses in the Nursing Profession Study Program, Ns. Chandra Tri Wahyudi, M.Kes., M.Kep., Ns. Sang Ayu Made Adyani, M.Kep., Sp.Kep.Kom., and Ns. T. Widya Naralia, M.Kep., Sp.Kep., K as representatives of the supervising lecturers for the Community and Family Nursing Profession Practice. In addition, the mothers of the cadres and representatives of the RW 01 youth organization also attended the Community Consultation Meeting (MMK) II.

The Musyawarah Masyarakat Kelurahan (MMK) 1 event started at 09:00, opened by Putri Rahma Nabila, S.Kep., and Ananda Lulu Afirah, S.Kep., as the masters of ceremony for this MMK II event. After the series of opening sessions were completed, the attendees stood to sing the song "Indonesia Raya" and "Mars Bela Negara." The next session is the presentation of the processed data from the questionnaires that were previously distributed, which contains information on the prevalence of diseases in the RW 01 area by Alifah Farhanah, S.Kep. and Andika Permata Putri, S.Kep. Next, a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) session was held to present the Plan of Action (POA) from each aggregate and to discuss with the community to gather input and agree on the plan to be implemented. After the discussion session, the agreed-upon Plan of Action (POA) was then presented again in front of all participants.

After the discussion session, the agreed-upon POA was then presented again by each aggregate representative. The activity continued with a response session from representatives of the Puskesmas, RW Chairperson, and Coordinating Lecturer. As a form of appreciation for the community's participation, door prizes were distributed to the participants. Before the event was closed, all participants took a group photo with the Bela Negara pose, and the event concluded with a prayer.
