Community Deliberation of Sub-district (MMK) I in 99 Trees Village

FIKES UPNVJ - On Wednesday, April 23rd, 2025 the Village Community Deliberation I activity was held in Kampung 99 Pepohonan, Jl. H Muhasan 2 Rt 3/01 Meruyung, Limo Depok. The Village Community Deliberation I is an activity carried out with the aim of conducting an initial introduction between the activity implementation team and the local community and conducting direct identification and validation of health problems faced by residents of RW 01, Meruyung Village, Limo District, Depok City, as a basis for preparing targeted and sustainable intervention programs.

The Village Community Deliberation I activity was attended by dr. Tonih Hermawan as the head of the Limo District Health Center, Asep Suherman, S.E as the Head of Meruyung Village, Mr. Abdul Gani as the Head of RW 01 Meruyung Village, Ns. Syamikar Baridwan Syamsir, M.Kep., Sp.Kep.Kom., as the Coordinator of the Community and Family Nursing Course of the Nursing Profession Practice and Ns. T. Widya Naralia, M.Kep., Sp.Kep., K as the representative of the supervising lecturer of the Community and Family Nursing Profession Practice. In addition, the Cadre Mothers and representatives of the RW 01 youth organization also attended the Village Community Deliberation I event.

The Village Community Deliberation I activity began at 10:00 which was opened by Akbar Ridho Rifai, S.Kep. and Asyila Ayuning Raudhatul Jannah, S.Kep as the master of ceremonies at the Village Community Deliberation I event. After the series of opening sessions were completed, the attendees stood up to sing the song Indonesia Raya and the National Defense March. The next activity was speeches given by several parties, namely speeches from the coordinator lecturer of Community and Family Nursing practice by Ns. Syamikar Baridwan Syamsir, M.Kep., Sp.Kep.Kom., speeches from the head of the Limo District Health Center by dr. Tonih Hermawan, speeches from the head of RW 01 Meruyung Village Mr. Abdul Gani, and speeches from the Head of Meruyung Village Asep Suherman, S.E as well as the opening of the Community and Family Nursing Profession Practice. Next, an introduction and presentation of initial data or regional description was carried out by Nur Rahwani Saputri, S.Kep., Vattaya Nurmaizzah, S.Kep., and Adinda Zahra Nabila, S.Kep. which had received validation from 6 stakeholders who came.

The series of activities continued with a group photo and a questionnaire readability test. The questionnaire readability test was carried out on each aggregate and accompanied by Nursing Profession Students as facilitators. The Village Community Deliberation I activity was closed after the entire series of events were completed and ended with a closing session where a joint prayer was held led by Rahman Aziz Haditama, S.Kep. It is hoped that by holding the Village Community Deliberation I activity, the local community can find out and detect early on health problems found in the RW 01 environment of Meruyung Village, Limo District, Depok City so that optimal health levels can be achieved.
