1. Care provider
Plan and provide nursing care based on the basic values ​​of defending the country for individuals, families, groups, and communities in the range of health and illness in clinical settings, families, and communities to meet basic human needs in a comprehensive and evidence-based manner. Able to work at: Hospitals, Public Health Center, Clinic, and other Healthcare Centers.

2. Communicator 
Demonstrating effective communication based on the basic values ​​of defending the country on the client system and collaboration of the Health team. Able to work at: Hospitals, Public Health Center, Clinic, Government Institutions, other Healthcare Centers, and BNPB.

3. Health educator and promoter
Conduct education and promotion based on the basic values ​​of defending the country in the client system to achieve independence in taking care of himself. Able to work at: Hospitals, Public Health Center, Clinic, Non-governmental organization.

4. Manager and leader
Analyze the management of nursing care and coordinate with the Health team with and demonstrate leadership attitudes based on the basic values ​​of defending the country to achieve the goals of care in the client system.
Able to work at: Hospitals, Public Health Center, Clinic, Non-governmental organization, universities, BNPB.

5. Researcher
Applying steps of a scientific approach based on the basic values ​​of defending the country in solving nursing problems. Able to work at: Research Center/Institutions, universities
