FIKES UPNVJ - On Sunday, November 10, 2024, students of the Physiotherapy Study Program, Undergraduate Program, UPN "Veteran" Jakarta, who are members of group 3 of the Massage Therapy course, consisting of Abidah Ardelia Kinaryuda, Nabila Rizky Amelia, Irfan Fathurrahman Firdaus, Salsabilah Arda Mevita, Ivana Adiba Rahmi, Alyaa Hanandra Triannisa, Hadidjah Nur Tsarwah Rahim, Khaira Zahfarina Fatah, and Zahra Khairunita Habibullah carried out a Project Based Learning (PjBL) activity in the form of socialization related to Preventive Efforts Against Health Problems in Sedentary Lifestyle. This activity was carried out on Jalan Lingkungan, RT.08/02, Tengah Village, Kramat Jati District, East Jakarta City. With Massage Therapy Techniques to the community, especially the youth of Karang Taruna RT.08/02 Kramat Jati, East Jakarta. This activity was carried out by starting with a prayer and continued with a speech by the head of group 3. Furthermore, the speech was delivered by the head of the RT.08/02 youth organization, and finally by Mr. Agah as the local RT head as well as a symbol of the opening of the event.

Furthermore, the activity was continued with a material presentation session by members of the student group, namely, Khaira Zahfarina Fatah and Nabila Rizky Amelia as speakers and presenters at this socialization activity. After completing the material presentation, the activity was continued with a question and answer session and ice-breaking, with games that tested the knowledge of the youth about understanding the material that had been presented previously. This event ended with the awarding of prizes to the winners of the ice-breaking and the awarding of certificates to members of the Urvan Youth Organization who had participated in the series of activities as well as the closing of the event by the students.
