FIKES UPNVJ – PJBL (Project Based Learning) Activity, Health Communication Course, Class 01 Group 1, Faculty of Health Sciences UPN “Veteran” Jakarta. Which was held on Friday, November 22, 2024 at Krukut 01 Public Elementary School. Consisting of a total of 11 members, namely: Mirza Khoirotul Aini (2410711010), Putri Anggraini (2410711138), Sofia Nur Azizah (2410711136), Zhafira Nur Syifa S (2410711139), Bulan Nasywa Adinda L (2410713038), Faiza Alyssa Fairuz (2410713040), Maudia Putriana (2410713042), Nadira Shafiqa Amini (2410713047), Nur Anna Irvania (2410713049), Anindya Putri (2410714005), Annajmi Qorina Nurul A (2410714008). The activity guided by the lecturer in charge of the course, Heri Wibisono, S.Pd., M.Si. began with an opening and welcoming speech by the group's chief executive. Furthermore, a pretest was conducted as a benchmark for students' level of understanding of healthy and hygienic snacks. Then, the delivery of the material was carried out through the FGD (Focus Group Discussion) system, 27 5th grade students were divided into several groups, each group consisting of 4-6 people and will be handled by one speaker. The material provided includes the definition of healthy snacks, the characteristics of healthy and unhealthy snacks, the impact of consuming healthy and unhealthy snacks, and how to maintain cleanliness in choosing and consuming food.
After the presentation of the material was completed, a question and answer session was held regarding the material between students and the speaker. To see if there were any changes in students' understanding, a posttest was conducted with the same questions as the pretest.
After the posttest session was completed, we conducted a re-evaluation by holding a quiz containing questions about the material on healthy and hygienic snacks. We also did ice breaking, and the event was closed by distributing snacks to students and taking photos together.
