PJBL MK Health Matra Demonstration of the Use of Matra Health Equipment 'Medical Kit' at MTS Negeri 21 Jakarta

FIKES UPNVJ - PJBL (Project Based Learning) Activity for the Matra Health Course FIKES UPN "Veteran" Jakarta which was held on Monday, November 11, 2024 at MTS Negeri 21 Jakarta. This activity began with a speech by Yoga Dewantoro as the head of the Matra Health PJBL implementation which was then continued by a speech by the principal Drs. Ahmad Sakur, M. Pd. Then the students went to class 8-5 to demonstrate and introduce the Medical Kit. The demonstration activity began with the introduction of the Matra Health PJBL group members to students in class 8-5. After that, Tsiqotunnisa, Hanum, Farrel, and Salma introduced the Medical Kit and explained the uses and benefits of the tool. The speaker explained and mentioned the contents of the medical kit which were gauze, betadine, scissors, microporous tape, and other first aid tools. Then the speaker also explained that this Medical Kit tool can be useful as first aid in emergency or injury conditions.

In the explanation session, Hanum and Farrel also demonstrated how to bandage a hand if there is a wound. Then continued with a question and answer session where the presenters asked questions to the audience in the form of the names of the tools in the medical kit and their functions. During this session, there were students in grades 8-5 who were able to answer the presenter's questions regarding the function of micropore tape, namely, medical plaster which is usually used to protect wounds or keep bandages in place.

After the question and answer session was over, the presenters gave prizes to students who correctly answered the questions that had been asked. The presenters then informed that this medical kit would be given to the UKS so that students could use the tool. Then this session became the closing event of the medical kit demonstration activity.

The activity ended with a group photo and giving snacks to students and handing over the medical kit to the UKS guard at MTS Negeri 21 Jakarta.
