FIKES UPNVJ - Saturday, April 20 2024, the disaster simulation activity program in the FIKES UPN "Veteran" Jakarta environment is one of the superior lecture activities which is routinely carried out every year. In order to improve the quality of the implementation of disaster simulations carried out in the FIKES UPN "Veteran" Jakarta environment, thorough preparations need to be carried out, one of which is by holding material consolidation from expert practitioners.
Consolidating expert practitioner material in 2024, FIKES UPN "Veteran" Jakarta in collaboration with the DKI Jakarta Regional Health Crisis and Emergency Center (PK3D). The theme carried out in this material strengthening activity is "Crisis Management and Health Emergencies in Disaster Situations". The resource person who provided material for this activity was Mr. Ns. Ade Asep Saefudin, S.Kep (First Expert Nurse) with material on health crisis management and Mr. Ns. Muji Artono, S.Kep, SKM (Responsible Professional Resources) who provided material regarding the duties, roles and functions of PK3D in crisis conditions and health emergencies.
Strengthening activities were given to practitioners in the Matra Health Inter Professional Collaboration (IPC) course in organizing disaster simulations in 2024 from five study programs at FIKES UPN "Veteran" Jakarta. These study programs are the Nursing Professional Education Study Program, the Nursing Study Program for Undergraduate and Diploma Three Programs, the Nutrition Study Program for Undergraduate Programs and the Physiotherapy Study Program for Diploma III Programs. Also present to support the activities and be participants in the material consolidation activities were expert practitioners, namely the nurses implementing PK3D DKI Jakarta and lecturers who taught the major health courses.
The series of events proceeded in an orderly and smooth manner, the activities began with an opening by the MC, singing the songs Indonesia Raya and Mars Bela Negara, then continued with a welcoming and symbolic opening by the Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs (Ns. Fiora Ladesvita, S.Kep.M.Kep .,Sp.Kep.KMB). The activity continued with presentation of material from the two speakers and a discussion session guided by the moderator, and closed again by the MC.
It is hoped that the final results of this activity will provide positive benefits for students practicing disaster simulation, especially as an important provision when preparing for the integrated Disaster Simulation which will be held on April 24-26 2024 in the FIKES UPN Veteran Jakarta environment.
