Submission of Nurse Students to Elective Nursing Professional Practice at PK3D DKI Jakarta Province

FIKES UPNVJ - On Monday, March 4 2024, at 08.00-12.00 WIB, the Nursing Professional Education Study Program of the Faculty of Health Sciences UPN "Veteran" Jakarta handed over the Nurse Students for Elective Nursing Professional Practice to PK3D (Regional Health Critical and Emergency Center) DKI Jakarta Provincial Health Service.

The handover of students to the Elective Nursing Professional Practice was carried out in Classroom B, 6th Floor of PK3D which was attended by Mr. Jajang Rahmat Solihin, M.Kep., Sp.Kep.Kom as the PK3D Administration Section, Mr. Ns. Muhammad Fauzul Walial Fatah, S.Kep as Person in Charge of PK3D Education and Training, Ns. Lina Berliana Togatorop as representative of the Nurse Professional Education Study Program, Mr Ns. Chandra Tri Wahyudi, S.Kep., M.Kep and Ns. Sang Ayu Made, S.Kep., M.Kep., Sp.Kep.Kom as PK3D academic supervisor and several PK3D preceptors as well as 7 nursing students.

This activity began with an opening from the MC, an initial report from Mr. Ns. Muhammad Fauzul Walial Fatah, S.Kep as Person in Charge of PK3D Education and Training, remarks from the Nursing Study Program Representative by Mrs. Ns. Lina Berliana Togatorop, S.Kep., M.Kep, and continued with directions from Mr. Jajang Rahmat Solihin, M.Kep., Sp.Kep.Kom.

PK3D DKI Jakarta Province is the practice area of ​​choice for achieving Elective Nursing competencies, especially Pre-Hospital competencies. Mr. Jajang Rahmat Solihin, M.Kep., Sp.Kep.Kom. conveyed that there are several things that students must pay attention to, including readiness to participate in existing services at PK3D, preparedness to handle critical conditions and disasters, as well as maintaining comfort in providing services and being alert in assessing the situation. The hope is that nursing students can achieve the targeted competencies and complete the Elective Nursing Professional Practice well.
