Nursing Management Professional Practice Program Contract at Dr. Suyoto

FIKES UPNVJ - On Thursday, February 29 2024, the Nursing Professional Education Study Program, UPN "Veteran" Jakarta Faculty of Health Sciences Professional Program held a contract for the Nursing Management Professional Practice program at Dr. Hospital. Suyoto as the first step to equalize the perception of competency achievements of nursing students in the Nursing Management Professional Practice of nursing students.

The program contract was implemented in the Echelon Room, Floor II of Dr. Hospital. Suyoto at 13.00 – 14.30 WIB which was attended by education and hospital officials. The educational staff present were the Secretary of the Nursing Professional Education Study Program and the Nursing Management Professional Practice Coordinator, Mrs. Nelly Febrianti, S.Kep., M.Kep, while from the hospital there was Dr. Andi Ibnu Hajar, Sp.P, Mrs. Ns. Rina Fitriani as head of the inpatient installation, Ns. Arum Rahmawati, Ns. Sri Lestari, Ns. Aprilia, and several heads of rooms from the hospital. Dr. Suyoto.

The program contract discusses several things that students need to know, including: regulations that nurse students must obey when practicing in hospitals. Dr. Suyoto, the room that will be used as a practice area, the student orientation schedule before practice, and the competency achievements that students must fulfill in nursing management practice.

Apart from that, Dr. Andi Ibnu Hajar conveyed the collaboration between the Nurse Professional Education Study Program and Dr. Hospital. Suyoto was welcomed and hopefully in the future it will continue because of RS. Dr. Suyoto will later become a teaching hospital that is suitable for student practice to achieve competency in each clinical practice and professional practice. Dr. Andi Ibnu also said that hospital preceptorship will support the achievement of competency for nurse students practicing the nursing management profession in terms of guidance.
