FIKES UPNVJ - On Thursday, November 2 2023, a Matra Health Project Based Learning (PjBL) activity was carried out with the theme Prepare Your Physical and Mental Mind Before Taking Action with "CERDAS" (Prevent Anxiety, Prepare Yourself, and Avoid Dehydration) which is a PjBL Matra Health course by the Group 3 Matra Health A4 Classes which were held in room 608, 6th floor of the MERce building, Limo Campus, Faculty of Health Sciences, UPN "Veteran" Jakarta. This activity was attended by 20 students from various study programs at UPN "Veteran" Jakarta.
The event starts at 10.00 WIB and finishes at 11.00 WIB, the event begins with participant registration. Then the participants completed the pre-test, then the event was opened by the MC, which was then continued with reading prayers, singing the songs Indonesia Raya and Mars Bela Negara, as well as speeches. The first speech was by Bagas Prasetyo Aji as Head of Implementation of the Matra Health Project Based Learning Group 3 Class A4, followed by remarks by Mrs. Ns. Duma Lumban Tobing, M.Kep, Sp.Kep.J as accompanying lecturer for the Matra Class A4 Health Project Based Learning activities, then continued with a group photo.
The event continued with the presentation of material on Preparing Your Physically and Mentally Before Taking Action with "CERDAS" (Prevent Anxiety, Prepare Yourself, and Avoid Dehydration) presented by Sis Diana and Sis Putri, Students of the Undergraduate Nursing Study Program as presenters of this activity and continued with a question session answer and demonstrate physical and mental preparation before the action, after that a quiz is held with 3 winners. The event was closed by the MC and the presentation of quiz winners' prizes and continued with completing the post-test. Overall, the activity was organized well and in accordance with the series created by the organizing committee. (FCSA)
