FIKES UPNVJ - On 24, 28, 30 September 2023 and 2 October 2023, 4 meetings were held in the Project Based Learning (PjBL) Wound Care course. The activities carried out were treating diabetic wounds on Mr. E which is located on Jl. Police Complex RT 08/RW 08, Ciracas, East Jakarta.

The activity began with an assessment of the history of the disease, current complaints and checking the patient's blood sugar levels, then continued with an assessment of the wound on the left leg from the dorso to Mr.'s ankle. E. The next series of activities is carrying out wound care starting from washing the wound with NaCl and special wound washing soap, applying a hydrogel dressing/dressing and metcovazin, closing or fixing the wound with rolled gauze and then wrapping it with a cohesive bandage. Then the activity ended by carrying out an evaluation by asking Mr. E. After the wound treatment was carried out, the patient and students took a photo together.
