FIKES UPNVJ - A Field Study entitled "Prevent Stroke Complications with SEROJA (Stroke Gymnastics and Celery Herbal Medicine)" was held. The activity, which took place at Musholla Mudawatul Islam RT 03 RW 05, Limo District, Depok City, went smoothly and was colored by the enthusiasm of the participants who were local residents. The activity was attended by 40 participants, the head of RT 03, DKM Musholla Mudawatul Islam, and Supervisor Ns. Gamya Tri Utami, M.Kep.
It began with registration of participants and health checks, namely checking blood pressure, pulse, and breathing. Then the activity was opened by the two presenters (Dara Sucika, and Kharisma Indah) by singing the National Anthem Indonesia Raya and Mars Bela Negara and remarks from the chief executive (Zahra Andini), continued by the Supervisor (Ns. Gamya Tri Utami, M.Kep), the head of the RT (Mr. Zaki Sain Ali) and giving a token of gratitude in the form of a plaque and certificate represented by the supervisor to the head of RT 03. then participants were directed to fill out a pre-test.
After that, the material presentation began from group one regarding stroke complications and how to prevent them. After the presentation of the material with a powerpoint presentation, an educational video on how to make celery and honey herbal medicine was shown. Followed by a demonstration of stroke prevention exercises with educational media posters and participants assisted by each facilitator. There was also a quiz session where participants who could answer questions would be given prizes. After all the material presentation was completed, the participants were directed to fill in the posttest with the assistance of each facilitator.
Then the activity was closed by the two presenters and a group photo was taken. Then souvenirs in the form of basic necessities were distributed to all participants who attended.
