Fieldwork PjBL for MIPP KD Course "Recognize, Prevent, and Handle Dislocation Properly" by FIKES UPNVJ Nursing Undergraduate Students

FIKES UPNVJ - Group 1 Class D - A field health counseling activity has been held from the PjBL Adult Nursing Course Musculoskeletal System, Integument, Sensory Perception, and Nervous System in RT/002 RW/015, Limo Village, Limo District, Depok City, West Java. which was organized by Group 1 Class D Students of the Nursing Study Program, Undergraduate Program, Faculty of Health Sciences, UPN "Veteran" Jakarta.

This activity took place from 09.15 WIB - 11.30 WIB on Sunday, March 16, 2025. This activity was attended by Group 1 Class D Students of the Nursing Study Program, Undergraduate Program under the guidance of the Supervisor, namely Ns. Lina Berliana Togatorop, S.Kep., M.Kep. The purpose of this event is to increase public knowledge about initial handling of dislocations in order to improve understanding and skills in dealing with injuries if they occur in the community, so as to minimize the risk of complications and improve first aid responses in the surrounding environment.

This activity began with participant registration, opening of the event by the MC, remarks by the chief executive and Mrs. RT/002, singing the song Indonesia Raya, conducting a pre-test, presentation of material related to dislocations, demonstration of injury handling, namely installing splints and bandages by students, re-demonstration of injury handling by the community, a question and answer discussion session, conducting process evaluation and evaluation of results (post-test), presentation of certificates by the chief executive given to Mrs. RT/002, group photo documentation, and finally closing. This event was held at the house of Mr. Abdul Roji as the head of RT/002, with a total of 28 participants. All activities had previously received approval from the head of RT/002, head of RW/015, Limo Village.

This activity is an implementation of a health education project by FIKES UPNVJ Nursing S1 students to improve public knowledge about initial handling of dislocations, in order to minimize the risk of complications and improve first aid responses in the surrounding environment.[Kel1D]
