PJBL Introduction to Healthy Eating with the Concept of "Fill My Plate" to Support the Nutritional Growth of Grade 6 Students of SDN Krukut 01

FIKES UPNVJ - On Friday, November 22, 2024, students of the Nursing Study Program, Undergraduate Program, Public Health Study Program, and Nutrition Study Program, supervised by the lecturer in charge of the course, Heri Wibisono, S.Pd., M.Sc. held a counseling activity entitled INTRODUCTION TO HEALTHY EATING WITH THE CONCEPT "ISI PIRINGKU" TO SUPPORT NUTRITIONAL GROWTH OF STUDENTS OF GRADE 6 SDN KRUKUT 01 with the topic of Education Introduction to healthy eating with the concept "Isi Piringku". to students of Grade 6 SDN Kerukut 01. This activity is one of the Project Base Learning in the Professional Communication course, students are required to become Educators in the field of Health in the Community Environment and go directly to the field, besides that students are required to master the material and practices related to the theme taken and how to communicate the material effectively to the Community. The series of events began with the Opening, Pre-Test, Delivery of Introduction to Healthy Eating Material with the concept of "Isi Piringku" to students of Class 6 SDN Kerukut 01, Post-Test, and ended with the attachment of healthy food portions on the contents of my plate by students of Class 6 SDN Kerukut 01 followed by a documentation session as a closing. The event went very smoothly and the Audience responded very well, they were very enthusiastic.

They were very enthusiastic in listening to the material presented and also the results of the Pre-Test and Post-Test gave very significantly different results, where it was seen that the post-test they did got results according to what we expected, which means they really listened to the material presented well.
