PJBL Health Communication "Introduction to the Concept of Balanced Nutrition Guidelines at SDN KRUKUT 01"

FIKES UPNVJ – Depok, Friday, November 22, 2024, a Health Communication Project Based Learning activity was held, organized by students of the Faculty of Health Sciences UPN "Veteran" Jakarta, Undergraduate Study Program in Nursing, Public Health, and Nutrition, Group 4 Class 01, guided by the lecturer in charge of the course, Heri Wibisono, S.Pd., M.Si. This activity was carried out at SDN Krukut 01 with the theme "Introduction to the Concept of Balanced Nutrition Guidelines". This activity went smoothly starting from the planning, preparation, implementation, and evaluation stages. Before the activity was carried out, the group had prepared several other things before carrying out this activity, such as making a proposal, compiling materials, and providing food.

Delivery of Material

This activity took place from 09.00 - 10.30 WIB. The purpose of this activity is to improve the understanding of grade 6 students at SDN Krukut 01 about balanced nutrition guidelines and how to choose nutritious foods in everyday life.

Question and answer session

The series of activities began with an opening by the MC containing an introduction to the group members. Next, a pretest and delivery of materials were carried out. As well as doing ice breaking, to increase the enthusiasm of the students. Then closed with a posttest, distribution of consumption, and documentation. We hope that after this activity is carried out, students of SDN Krukut 01 can apply the concept of balanced nutrition guidelines in everyday life, and can choose good food for their nutritional needs.
