In the PJBL activity of the Physiotherapy Examination and Measurement course conducted at SMAN 34 Jakarta, several health checks were carried out on teachers and staff of SMAN 34 Jakarta including body temperature checks, weight measurements, blood pressure and blood oxygen levels, and blood sugar levels.

The temperature check was carried out first with the aim of finding out how high the body temperature of teachers and staff of SMAN 34 Jakarta was. The second examination carried out was a weight check and measurement which aimed to find out how much weight and at the same time monitor the level of obesity of teachers and educational staff at SMAN 34 Jakarta. The third examination carried out was a blood pressure and blood oxygen level check. The aim was to find out how high the blood pressure was to find out the level of hypertension and the amount of oxygen in the blood of teachers and staff of SMAN 34 Jakarta. The last was a blood sugar check which aimed to find out the amount of sugar in the blood and the cholesterol level of teachers and educational staff at SMAN 34 Jakarta.

The measurement results showed that several teachers and educational staff at SMAN 34 Jakarta experienced high blood pressure due to heavy workloads and irregular sleep patterns. Coffee consumption before morning activities also contributes to increased blood pressure and glucose levels. The stress levels of educators tend to be influenced by students' exam schedules and how they respond to the situation.

From the results of these measurements, it can be concluded that in order to maintain health, it is important for teachers and educators at SMAN 34 Jakarta to pay attention to diet and adopt a healthy lifestyle to reduce the risk of degenerative diseases. Good stress management, as well as taking medication according to doctor's recommendations for those with hypertension or high glucose levels, are highly recommended. Health education needs to be continuously carried out so that educators can carry out their duties optimally.
