MMK 3 in RW 09, Grogol Village, Professional Practice of Community and Family Nursing Nurses, Period 1, Academic Year 2024/2025

FIKES UPNVJ - On Wednesday, November 13, 2024, the Community Deliberation of Kelurahan 3 (MMK 3) took place smoothly at the Asy-Syuhada Mosque in RW 09, Grogol Village, Limo District, Depok City. The Community Deliberation of Kelurahan 3 was carried out in order to fulfill the duties of the FIKES UPN "Veteran" Jakarta Nursing Professional Practice for Community and Family Nursing Courses 2024. The Community Deliberation of Kelurahan 3 is a deliberation activity carried out to discuss the evaluation of the results of activities that have been carried out and follow-up plans for activities that will be carried out by each age group. The purpose of the implementation of the Village Community Deliberation 3 (MMK 3) is so that the community can play an active role in evaluation activities and prepare agreements on follow-up plans related to existing health problems in order to maintain and improve the health of the community in the RW 09 Environment, especially RT 01 to RT 04, Grogol Village, Limo District, Depok City.

The Village Community Deliberation 3 activity was attended by Almanda Putri N, SKM as a representative of the Limo District Health Center UPTD, Mulyati as a representative from Grogol Village, and Lecturers of Community and Family Nursing Practice, namely Ns. Ritanti, M.Kep., Sp.Kep.Kom, Ns. Nourmayansa Vidya A., M.Kep., Sp.Kep.Kom, and Ns. T. Widya Naralia, M.Kep., Sp.Kep.K. In addition, Handrian as the Head of RW 09, the Health Cadre Mothers and the community of RW 09 were also present who enthusiastically participated in the Community Deliberation of Village 3.

The Community Deliberation of Village 3 started at 09.00 WIB which was opened by Hanum Ghossan, S.Kep and Trisna Ayu Diah Pasyah, S.Kep as the Master of Ceremony who also conveyed the purpose of the activity, the schedule of events and the rules that apply during the event. Then continued with a prayer reading led by Ustad Rohmat as the DKM of the Asy-Syuhada Mosque. The event then continued with singing the song Indonesia Raya and the National Defense March led by Conductor Diana Puspasari, S.Kep. After the series of opening events have been carried out, enter the main event, namely the presentation of the results of the activity evaluation, as well as the follow-up plan for the Community and Family Nursing Professional Practice delivered by Humaida Gita Candra Kirana, S.Kep., Syifa Rahmadhani, S.Kep., Zihan Nurahmawati, S.Kep., and Annisa Rahma Cahya Putri, S.Kep.
After the presentation session was finished, it was continued with the delivery of remarks and responses, suggestions and input related to the follow-up plan by Mr. Handrian as the Head of RW 09, and Mrs. Almanda Putri N, SKM., as a representative of the Limo District Health Center UPTD. Then the response was continued by Mrs. Ns. Ritanti, M.Kep. Sp.Kep.Kom as the Representative of the Community and Family Nursing Practice Lecturer, then continued by Mrs. Erna as a Health Cadre and finally the impressions and messages from Asti Nurrizki, S.Kep as a student representative. Then continued with the session of reading the conclusions of the results of the Village Community Deliberation 3 (MMK 3) and the screening of short videos related to impressions and messages during the 2024 Community and Family Nursing Professional Practice activities in RW 09, Grogol Village. After that, the event continued with the symbolic awarding of certificates to the Grogol Village, Limo District Health Center, Head of RW 09, and Health Cadres. The event ended with a group photo activity.

It is hoped that by holding the Village Community Deliberation 3 (MMK 3) activities, the local community can actively participate in overcoming the health problems found and continue the follow-up plan related to health problems that occur in the RW 09 environment, especially RT 01 to RT 04 smoothly so that optimal health levels are achieved in Grogol Village, Limo District, Depok City.
