FIKES UPNVJ - On Monday, April 14 2024 at 14.00 WIB, a material clinic practice mitigation activity took place with the theme "Earthquake Disaster Preparedness and Stress Management in Disasters in the RT 01/RW 04 Limo Village environment." This activity was carried out at the residence of the father of RT 01 with The number of participants who attended was 30 mothers.

In this mitigation activity, the first was the opening by our moderator, namely sister Dhiya Rahmawati, D3 Nursing Student, UPN "Veteran" Jakarta. Then there was a speech from our supervisor, Ns. Duma Lumban Tobing, M.Kep., Sp.Kep.J

Then a speech from Mrs. Ami as a cadre of RT 01/RW 04, Limo Village, the first presentation of material regarding earthquakes presented by Aqilah Nurul Jannah and Tika Pramudya, UPN "Veteran" Jakarta students. The second presentation of material regarding stress management was presented by Astuti and Afnia Raudita Jasmine, students of UPN "Veteran" Jakarta.

Next, a demonstration of progressive muscle relaxation movements was carried out by Lailah Anjani, Rafa Dwi Fitriyani, Salma Adilah Novanti, and Nadia Putri, students of UPN "Veteran" Jakarta and then re-demonstrated by residents.

Then, for the last activity, free health checks were carried out for residents who attended this mitigation activity.
