FIKES UPNVJ - In order to welcome the 59th National Health Day with the theme "Health Transformation for Advanced Indonesia", the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia is holding an activity called "Let's Get Healthy Fest" on November 11 2023. This activity takes place at the Aquatic Stadium, Gelora Bung Karno, DKI Jakarta. The series of activities in this event include free health consultations, yoga classes, fitness centers, education and health talk shows. In this activity there are also several health service posts, including a zone for pregnant and breastfeeding mothers, a zone for babies and toddlers, a children's zone, a youth zone, an adult zone, an elderly zone, and a fitness zone. The event starts at 06.00 WIB and ends at 17.00 WIB.
On this occasion, 41 students from the 3rd Semester Public Health Study Program, Community Development and Organization Course as a form of project based learning under the guidance of Mrs. Dr. Laily Hanifah, SKM, M.Kes was given the trust to become a volunteer in the "Let's Healthy Fest" activity organized by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia.
This event aims to be a place to educate the public that healthy living is very important and beneficial for students who become volunteers to gain new experiences as well as being an application of activities that go directly to the community that have been studied in the Community Development and Organization course.
