FIKES UPNVJ - On Wednesday, October 25 2023, the Village 1 Community Conference activity was held at the Community and Family Nursing Professional Practice Post in RT 02 RW 01 Grogol Village, Limo District, Depok City. Kelurahan 1 Community Deliberation (MMK 1) is an activity carried out with the aim of opening practice and fostering a relationship of mutual trust between students and the community as well as identifying health problems that often occur in the RW 01 practice area.
The Kelurahan 1 Community Deliberation activity was attended by Midwife Amna as representative of the Limo District Health Center, Mr. Boni Sobari Kusumah, S.H and Mr. Marwan, S.E as Village Head and Secretary of Grogol Subdistrict, Mr. Nian Dharmawan as Chair of RW 01, as well as Community and Family Nursing Practice Lecturers, namely NS. Nourmayansa Vidya Anggraini, M.Kep., Sp.Kep.Kom and Ns. Sang Ayu Made Adyani, M.kep., Sp.Kep.Kom. Apart from that, there were also women cadres and the community of RW 01 who enthusiastically took part in the activities of the Village 1 Community Conference.
The Village 1 Community Deliberation activity started at 09.30 which was opened by Lola Shabila, S.Kep and Maulyda Azzahra, S.Kep as master of ceremonies at this event. After the opening series was completed, the audience sang the songs Indonesia Raya and Mars Bela Negara. The next activity in the series of events were remarks given by several parties, namely remarks from the chief executive by Safa Marwah, S.Kep., remarks from lecturer representatives by Ns. Sang Ayu Made Adyani, M.kep., Sp.Kep.Kom., speech by the Chair of RW 01, namely Mr. Nian Dharmawan, speech from the puskesmas representative by Midwife Amna, as well as remarks from Mr. Boni Sobari Kusumah, S.H as Head of Grogol Village.
The series of activities continued with the presentation of material regarding primary and secondary data related to RW 01 presented by Fathia Nurfadillah, S.Kep., Bunga Rahma Dwi Cahyani, S.Kep., Angel Sri Yuliningtias, S.Kep. Next, a discussion and response session was held regarding the data that had been presented. Testing the readability of the questionnaire for each aggregate was also carried out after the discussion session closed. The readability test was accompanied by nursing profession students as facilitators. The Village 1 Community Deliberation activity closed after the entire series of events had been completed and ended with a group photo session.
It is hoped that with this Village 1 Community Deliberation activity, the relationship of mutual trust between students and the community can be further improved. The community is also expected to be able to actively participate in the entire series of Community and Family Nursing Practice activities planned for the future.
