On Monday, January 22 2025, the Public Health Study Program, Undergraduate Program, Faculty of Health Sciences, UPN Veteran Jakarta, held a Management Review Meeting together with all Permanent Lecturers of the Study Program which was held offline. The meeting was chaired directly by Dr. Chandrayani Simanjorang, S.K.M., M.Epid as Coordinator of the Undergraduate Public Health Study Program. The meeting discussed several agendas, namely Preparation for Even T.A Lectures. 2024/2025, Preparation for Thesis Registration Even T.A. 2024/2025, Achievement of PK IKU Targets, socialization of Lecturer Expertise and ADVOKESMA (Public Health Student Advocacy) Reports.
The main focus of discussion in the meeting was preparation for lectures which will soon enter the new semester, namely lectures for the Even Semester of the 2024/2025 Academic Year, which will start on February 10 2025 with offline and online methods. The Study Program Coordinator said that the learning plan document must be prepared before entering the lecture period, the RPS document can be filled in via the integrated SIMPEL UPN"Veteran" Jakarata application. Apart from that, in this semester, thesis registration will also be opened for 8th semester students and thesis supervisor plotting will soon be designed right after students have filled in the KRS. The RTM Study Program also discusses the IKU PK targets that the study program must fulfill in the next 1 year, including making learning videos, integration of research and community service with learning, increasing student achievement, and increasing competency and joint research for Public Health Study Program lecturers. Student aspirations regarding guidance and rescheduling lectures are also a concern. The Study Program is committed to improving the quality of education and research for better academic sustainability.
