Jakarta, 2025 — The Faculty of Health Sciences at Universitas Pembangunan Nasional "Veteran" Jakarta (UPNVJ) held a Socialization of the Integrity Zone Program, which included education on the importance of preventing gratuities, public complaint mechanisms, the whistleblowing system, and conflict of interest management. This initiative is part of the Faculty's commitment to strengthening a culture of integrity and transparency within the academic and public service environment. The socialization program was designed to provide in-depth understanding to the entire academic community—including lecturers, administrative staff, and students—on the principles of the Integrity Zone and the procedures for effective and safe reporting. The aim is to foster a clean, accountable working climate, free from corrupt practices and abuse of power.

Through this program, the Faculty of Health Sciences at UPNVJ demonstrates its strong support for both the government and university-wide initiatives to establish Corruption-Free Zones (ZBK) and Clean Bureaucracy Serving Zones (ZBBM). Strengthening the complaint system and the whistleblowing system is also expected to serve as a strategic tool to uncover and follow up on various violations in a transparent and objective manner. The Faculty’s Dean’s Office emphasized that the Integrity Zone socialization is a concrete step toward building public trust in educational institutions and ensuring that all academic and service processes are conducted with honesty and professionalism.

This activity also serves as a key moment to strengthen the involvement of the entire academic community in maintaining good governance, while acting as an effective preventive effort against various forms of misconduct on campus.
