FIKES UPNVJ - Brainstorming 2023 is one of the work programs of KSM Batavia which aims to improve the ability of KSM BATAVIA members and volunteers to discuss, communicate, and think critically and find solutions regarding disaster cases according to the study program so that they are better prepared to carry out their roles in vulnerable locations or during a disaster includes pre-disaster, during the disaster, and post-disaster. Brainstorming #1 was held in May 2023 on Saturday with 1 meeting. The Brainstorming #1 meeting was held online on Saturday, May 20 2023. This event was attended by 50 participants who looked enthusiastic about participating in Brainstorming. This event lasted for 2 hours and 30 minutes from 12.30-15.00 and started with attendance, pretest, singing Indonesia Raya and MARS Bela Negara.
The next program was in the form of remarks from the chairman of the 2023/2024 BATAVIA KSM by Rahma Wati Dewi and remarks by the Chief Executive of Brainstorming 2023, Raffi Syahir. Then, the program entered the main part which began with the distribution of small groups by the MC, group discussions, and continued with the presentation of the results of group discussions.
After entering the core part of the event is over. So, the event entered the ice breaking session and continued with the announcement of the best group and awarding of prizes. After the presentation of the material, the event entered closing by the MC and then closed by filling in the posttest and evaluation by the participants.
