FIKES UPNVJ - On May 11, 2025, a skill station class was held as a series of the second day of the implementation of the health simulation of the dimension at FIKES UPN "Veteran" Jakarta. This activity aims to improve and hone students' skills regarding the actions that must be taken by a health worker, especially in disaster management as an implementation of health dimensions and disasters, in addition, this activity is carried out to prepare students to be able to adapt to cases given during the disaster simulation and be ready if assigned as a health reserve to go to the field when a disaster occurs.
This activity went smoothly. The event was opened by the MC, followed by a briefing on the activity by Major Laut Ns. Ronny Basirun, S.Kep., M.Han. The implementation of this activity was attended by the General Chairperson of DPP HIPGABI Ns. Welas Riyanto, M.Kep., Sp.Kep.MB and his team. The participants of this skill station activity consisted of 4 study programs at FIKES UPN "Veteran" Jakarta, namely students of the Nursing Professional Education Study Program class of 2024, the Nursing Study Program Diploma Program class of 2022, the Physiotherapy Study Program Diploma Program class of 2023, and the Nutrition Study Program Bachelor Program class of 2022 with a total of 320 participants. In its implementation, participants were divided into 5 groups. Each group was given the task of visiting each station in turn or rolling. This skill station activity uses a rolling system where each rotation contains the delivery of material and demonstration of activities, the materials include Mapping Hazard and Rapid Health Assessment / RHA, Initial Assessment and Evacuation, Triage, Disaster Contingency Plan, Psychological First Aid (PFA). In its implementation, students were divided into 3-4 groups to take turns attending each rotation session.
