FIKES UPNVJ - The Faculty of Health Sciences (FIKES) UPN Veteran Jakarta today began a series of accreditation visitation activities for the Public Health Study Program, Masters Program. The activity, which will last for three days, April 16-17, 2025, is an important stage in the assessment of educational quality by the Independent Accreditation Institute for Health Higher Education (LAM-PT Kes).
Two expert assessors were assigned to conduct the field assessment, namely Prof. Dr. drh. Ririh Yudhastuti, M.Sc and Prof. Dr. Masrizal, SKM, M.Biomed. Both will evaluate the readiness of the study program in meeting national accreditation standards.
Today's activity, Wednesday, April 16, 2025 began with an opening ceremony in the FIKES Meeting Room at 11.00 WIB. Present on this occasion were the Chancellor of UPN Veteran Jakarta and his staff, the Dean of FIKES, structural officials of the faculty, and the accreditation form preparation team. Prof. Dr. Anter Venus, MA, Comm, in her speech emphasized the university's strong commitment to ensuring the quality of education, especially in the field of public health which is increasingly relevant to international needs. Continued with a brief remark from Prof. Dr. drh. Ririh Yudhastuti, M.Sc with testimonials from several campuses that have superior quality with good management as a comparison and as a learning experience for UPNVJ.
After the opening ceremony, the assessors immediately conducted a field visit to verify the readiness of supporting learning facilities and infrastructure, such as the Discussion Room, Research Room, and HMPKM., accompanied by Vice Dean 1 and a team from the study program. The series of visits will continue tomorrow, Thursday, April 17, 2025 with the main agenda of curriculum document presentations and discussions with all stakeholders, including students, alumni, and partners.
