Workshop Sport Physioterapy 4.0 Day 1

FIKES UPNVJ - On Saturday, May 24, 2025, a Sport Physiotherapy Webinar 4.0 was held with the theme "Scientific Strategy to Overcome Common Injuries in the Gym: The Role of Physiotherapy + Understanding Anatomy & Biomechanics for Safe & Effective Exercise". This webinar was held by the Undergraduate Physiotherapy Student Association (HISFO) of the Faculty of Health Sciences, UPN "Veteran" Jakarta. The chief executive of this event was Puan Ayyu Safira, MC Siti Shafira Insan Aulia, and moderator Mrs. Sri Gunda Fahriana Fahruddin, S.Ft, M.Fis. This event was held to increase the participants' insight, and also to learn more about physiotherapy and its role in overcoming injuries in the gym.

This Sport Physiotherapy Webinar 4.0 was attended by 70 participants. Participants who attended this event were physiotherapy students and the general public. The event was opened by the MC at 08.00 WIB, some participants had joined since 07.00 WIB. The MC guided the reading of prayers, then continued with listening to the song Indonesia Raya which was then continued with listening to the National Defense March.

After listening to the song, it was continued with speeches. The first speech was delivered by the chairman of the committee, Puan Ayyu Safira, then the second by the chairman of HISFO, Lukluatul Bariroh, the third by the Coordinator of the Undergraduate Study Program of UPN "Veteran" Jakarta, Mrs. Rabia, S.Ft, M.Biomed, and the last speech and the one who opened the event was the Vice Dean for Student Affairs, Alumni and Cooperation, Mr. Agustiyawan, SST.Ft, M.Fis, Ftr, AIFO. After listening to the speech, all attendees took a group photo session guided by the MC. This group photo session used 2 poses, namely the formal pose and the National Defense pose.

After taking a group photo, the MC handed over the event to the moderator, then the MC first read the CV of Mrs. Sri Gunda Fahriana Fahruddin, S.Ft, M.Fis. Then the event was guided by her. The first speaker was Mr. Abrar Anandikka, he is a Personal Trainer. He presented material on "Sustainable Training". After the presentation session, the material was continued with a question and answer session. After the question and answer session was finished, the moderator took over by reading the conclusion delivered by speaker I. After that, the moderator directed to carry out the symbolic handover of the speaker certificate and not forget to document it.

Next, the second speaker who will be presented by Mrs. Dr. Sri Yani, M.Si, Ftr. She is a Physiotherapy Lecturer at UPN "Veteran" Jakarta. She presented material on Anatomy, Biomechanics, and Pathophysiology in Shoulder Pain Cases in the Gym. After delivering the material, it was continued with a question and answer session. Then it was taken over by the moderator, namely by reading the conclusion. Don't forget to give certificates to the speakers and document them. After the presentation of the second material, the moderator returned the event to the MC and continued with a 60-minute break. Participants were allowed to leave the zoom room but had to return to the zoom room according to the specified time.

At 13.30 WIB, participants were back in the zoom room, then it was reopened by the MC with a Game Session event using the Quizizz platform. In this quiz, there are several questions from the materials that have been presented previously. The winning participant is the one who answers each question correctly and quickly. From this quiz session, 3 winners were obtained, namely 1st Nisrina Khaerani from UPN "Veteran" Jakarta, 2nd Nadia Aufa Nuur Hidayah from UPN "Veteran" Jakarta, and 3rd Diea Aprilia from UPN "Veteran" Jakarta. The three winners will be contacted by the committee to then be sent prizes.

In the next session, the MC handed over the event to the moderator. Continued with the presentation of material by the third resource person by Mr. Dr. Andy Widjaja, DPT. He is the Owner of TeIndoPhysio. He presented material about Lumbar Spine. After the presentation of the material by Mr. Dr. Andy Widjaja, DPT, a question and answer session was held accompanied by a moderator. Then the moderator read the conclusion. Don't forget to give certificates to the speakers and document them.

All speakers have delivered their material clearly and all questions have been answered well by the presenters. The moderator returned the event to the MC. After the MC received it, the next event was the presentation of the moderator certificate to Mrs. Sri Gunda Fahriana Fahruddin, S.Ft, M.Fis and documentation was carried out by the committee on duty.

Because the entire series of events had finished, the MC announced the winner of the previous quiz session. After that the MC closed the event and did not forget the MC reminded the participants to fill in the attendance list via the link provided by the committee. Participants were allowed to leave the zoom room after filling in the attendance link.
