Coordination Meeting of Student Organization Activities 2025 and Budget Efficiency at the Faculty of Health Sciences, UPN Veteran Jakarta

FIKES UPNVJ - Jakarta, March 7, 2025 – The Faculty of Health Sciences of the National Development University (FIKES) UPN "Veteran" Jakarta has held a coordination meeting for student organization activities in 2025, which aims to discuss the agenda of activities to be carried out by student organizations and budget efficiency efforts to support the smooth running of these programs. This meeting was attended by a number of important officials, including the Vice Dean for General Affairs and Finance, the Vice Dean for Student Affairs, Alumni, and Cooperation, and the Coordinator of Administration and Finance of the Faculty of Health Sciences UPN Veteran Jakarta.

In the meeting which took place at the Tanah Air Ku Auditorium, the participants discussed various matters related to the planning of upcoming student activities. The Vice Dean for General Affairs and Finance, Sugianto, SE., MM on this occasion emphasized the importance of budget efficiency that will be allocated for student organization activities.

"As a faculty that has many productive and innovative student activities, we need to ensure that every budget spent can truly provide maximum impact for student development and the sustainability of these activities. Therefore, budget efficiency is our top priority," said Sugianto.

Meanwhile, the Vice Dean for Student Affairs, Alumni, and Cooperation, Agustiyawan, SST. FT., M. Fis., Ftr., AIFO also added that solid coordination between various parties in the faculty is very important to ensure that every student activity can be carried out properly without ignoring the financial aspect.

"Our challenge is how to optimize the use of a limited budget, but still produce activities that provide direct benefits for students, especially in developing their potential in academic and non-academic fields," said Agustiyawan.

"With a transparent and accountable system, we hope that all parties can work together to create efficiency in budget use. This will be one of the strategic steps in supporting the sustainability of various student activity programs," added Sugianto

This coordination meeting is expected to be a strong foundation for aligning goals and priorities in student activities in 2025. With a more planned and efficient approach, it is hoped that student organization activities at the Faculty of Health Sciences, UPN Veteran Jakarta can run more effectively and make a significant contribution to the development of students and the campus community as a whole.
