FIKES UPNVJ - In order to improve coordination and evaluation of academic and operational activities in the Nursing Department, Faculty of Health Sciences, UPN "Veteran" Jakarta, has held an offline Management Review Meeting (RTM) on Thursday, March 6, 2025, at 10:00 WIB - 13:00 WIB. This activity took place in the Head of Nursing Study Program Room. This RTM aims to discuss the strategy for achieving the Main Performance Indicator Performance Assessment (PK IKU) target, operational activities of study programs, and planning the vision, mission, and development of lecturers in the Nursing Department.
The RTM discussed several important agendas, including:
Strategy for Achieving the PK IKU Target.
Operational Activities of the S1 Nursing Study Program, D3 Nursing and Nursing Profession.
Operational Activities of the Nursing Department and Nursing Laboratory.
Formulation of the Vision and Mission, Renstra, Roadmap, and Development of Nursing Lecturers.
This meeting was led directly by the Head of the Nursing Department, Mrs. Ns. Cut Sarida Pompey, S.Kep., M.N.S., and attended by the Manager of the Nursing Profession Study Program, Mrs. Ns. Cut Sarida Pompey, S.Kep., M.N.S., and Mrs. Ns. Lina Berliana Togatorop, S.Kep., M.Kep., Managers of the Nursing S1 Study Program, namely Mrs. Ns. and Ns. Mareta Dea Rosaline, S.Kep., M.Kep, and Managers of the Nursing D3 Study Program by Mrs. Ns. Diah Tika Anggraeni, S.Kep, M.Kep. and Mr. Ns. Rycco Darmareja, S.Kep., M.Kep.
The meeting began with a discussion of the strategy for achieving the PK IKU target, which will be coordinated again with the nursing lecturers in the next Department Meeting. Each PK IKU achievement target is discussed to formulate an achievement strategy in each study program, namely Nursing Profession, S1 Nursing, and D3 Nursing.
Other agendas include operational activities in the near future, such as the implementation of the Comprehensive OSCE for Nursing Profession and D3 Nursing, as well as the formulation of the vision, mission, strategic plan, roadmap, and development of nursing lecturers. The results of this RTM will be the subject of discussion for the follow-up plan in the Nursing Department Meeting on March 14, 2025. [LBT]
