FIKES UPNVJ – A series of Physio Nation Championship x Edufest activities have been held by the Physiotherapy Student Association of the Diploma Three Program, Faculty of Health Sciences, UPN “Veteran” Jakarta, starting with the first activity, namely the Opening and Mobile Legends Tournament with the theme “The Role of Physiotherapy In Managing Acute Sport Injuries” on Saturday, October 12, 2024, which was held online via the Zoom Meeting Platform. The second activity was a futsal match on Sunday, October 13, 2024, which was held offline at the FIKES UPN “Veteran” Jakarta Field. The third activity was a Quiz Competition on Saturday, October 19, 2024, which was held online on the Zoom Meeting Platform. The fourth activity was a badminton competition with the same theme, on Sunday, October 20, 2024, which was held offline at the Kukusan Badminton Hall. The fifth activity is the National Physiotherapy Seminar and Closing event with the theme "The Role of Physiotherapy in Managing Acute Sport Injuries" on Sunday, October 27, 2024 which was held offline at the Auditorium, 8th Floor, MERCe Building, UPN "Veteran" Jakarta.
The 2024 Physio Nation Championship x Edufest activity is a collaboration of two work programs held by the Department of Science and Work with the Department of Arts, Culture and Sports, where the competition aims to provide a forum for students to improve their creativity and sportsmanship in the fields of sports, electronic sports and art in a competition or tournament. Then the national physiotherapy seminar also aims to provide a forum for academics, practitioners, and students to share experiences and knowledge about physiotherapy in managing acute sports injuries.
The first activity, on Saturday, October 12, 2024, the Mobile Legends Opening and Tournament was held online via the Zoom Meeting Platform. The event starts at 08.00 to 13.35 WIB. This activity was attended by 30 Mobile Legends Tournament participants from among teenagers. This activity was hosted by Farhan Abigian and Hanifa Alya as the MCs who are Active Physiotherapy Students of UPN "Veteran" Jakarta class of 2023. Then this activity began with an opening by the MC, then singing the song Indonesia Raya and the National Defense March, remarks by the Chairperson of the Physio Nation Championship x Edufest, then remarks by the Chairperson of the Diploma Three Program Physiotherapy Association, remarks by the Head of the Diploma Three Physiotherapy Study Program UPN "Veteran" Jakarta and remarks by the Deputy Dean III for Student Affairs, Alumni and Cooperation UPN "Veteran" Jakarta, continued with a group photo session by all participants and the committee. Then the Mobile Legends Tournament event began with qualification 1, semifinals, after that continued with the bronze match session, grand final and finally the closing of the event by the MC.
The second activity, on Sunday, October 13, 2024, a futsal match was held offline at the FIKES Field UPN "Veteran" Jakarta. The event started at 08.00 to 13.15 WIB. This activity was attended by 50 participants from high school students. Then this activity began with participant registration, warm-up, continued with round 1, round 2, round 3, round 4 and finally round 5.
The third activity, on Saturday, October 19, 2024, a Quiz Competition was held online on the Zoom Meeting Platform. The event started at 08.00 to 10.35 WIB. This activity was attended by 12 participants from Physiotherapy Study Program Students of UPN "Veteran" Jakarta. This activity was guided by Dinda Puspadini as the MC who is an Active Physiotherapy Student of UPN "Veteran" Jakarta class of 2023. Then this activity began with an opening by the MC, singing the song Indonesia Raya and the National Defense March, remarks by the Chairperson of the Physio Nation Championship x Edufest, then remarks by the Chairperson of the Diploma Three Program Physiotherapy Association, remarks by the Head of the Diploma Three Program Physiotherapy Study Program UPN "Veteran Jakarta and remarks by the Deputy Dean III for Student Affairs, Alumni and Cooperation of UPN "Veteran" Jakarta, continued with a documentation session, competition preparation, round 1, round 2 and round 3, then a session to convey impressions and messages by the winners and finally the closing of the event by the MC.
The fourth activity, on Sunday, October 20, 2024, a badminton match was held offline at the Kukusan Badminton Hall. The event started at 11.00 to 14.00 WIB. This activity was attended by 12 participants from internal students UPN “Veteran” Jakarta and external students of UPN “Veteran” Jakarta.
