FIKES UPNVJ - On Saturday, September 7, 2024, STUBAN HISFO X BEM F UEU was held with the theme “Boundless Collaboration: Synergizing a brilliant future of Physiotherapy”. STUBAN was held by the Undergraduate Physiotherapy Student Association (HISFO) Faculty of Health Sciences UPN “Veteran” Jakarta in collaboration with BEM Faculty of Physiotherapy Esa Unggul University. The chief organizer of this event was sister Ananda Rifanty Putri. Sister Cornelia Erlinda Keron as MC who was accompanied by one of the staff from BEM Faculty of Physiotherapy, with a committee of 29 people.
STUBAN was attended by 25 members of BEM Faculty of Physiotherapy, Esa Unggul University. Before starting the event, the staff of BEM Faculty of Physiotherapy Esa Unggul University were invited to conduct a Campus Tour to physiotherapy facilities located at the Limo Campus of UPN “Veteran” Jakarta at 13.00 - 14.30. After the Campus Tour session was completed, the event was then officially opened by the MC at 15.00. The MC started the event by guiding to read the prayer, then continued with singing the Indonesia Raya song which was followed by singing Mars Bela Negara and Mars Esa Unggul.
The event then continued with remarks from the chief executive, followed by the Head of HISFO, and the Head of BEM Faculty of Physiotherapy. The next speech was delivered by the Head of the Physiotherapy Study Program of the UPN “Veteran” Jakarta Undergraduate Program, Mrs. Rabia, S. Ft., M. Biomed. the speech session then ended with remarks from the Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Physiotherapy at UEU and also taking a group photo.
Entering the core of the event, at 15.40 each chairman and vice chairman of HISFO and chairman and vice chairman of BEM Physiotherapy UEU took turns presenting the grand design of each organization. This presentation intends to introduce various divisions or departments in both HISFO and BEM Physiotherapy UEU along with their main tasks and functions and various work programs owned by each department. After the grand design presentation, the event continued with ice breaking by playing spelling words.
Entering the end of the event, each department from both HISFO and BEM Physiotherapy UEU gathered in several small circles to conduct a sharing session, where members of HISFO and BEM Physiotherapy UEU could share experiences and ideas including work programs and also the obstacles faced. The event was then closed with the announcement of door prizes and also the provision of souvenirs and documentation. The participants then left the room after the MC closed the event at 18.00. (GAR)
