FIKES UPNVJ - Depok, 2024 August 30 - Zumba group exercise is a program organized by the Faculty of Health Sciences UPN "Veteran" Jakarta and attended by active students of the Faculty of Health Sciences, new students of the Faculty of Health Sciences and active students of the Faculty of Computer Science. In addition to students, also present were the Dean of the Faculty of Health Sciences, namely Desmawati, SKp., M.Kep., Sp.Mat., PhD, Vice Rector for Planning, Finance, and General Affairs of UPN "Veteran" Jakarta, namely Prof. Dr. Ir. Netti Herawati, M.Si, Assoc., as well as Vice Deans, Educators, Education Personnel and Students of FIKES UPNVJ.

This event was held at the Limo Youth Field at 06.00 WIB. The purpose of this program is to increase awareness of the importance of sports in everyday life and motivate to be more active in sports. In its implementation, the Zumba group exercise took place with high enthusiasm and spirit from the participants. This activity involved various Zumba exercise movements guided by experienced instructors, accompanied by energetic music, making the atmosphere even more lively. As a result, participants experienced physical and mental benefits, and were more motivated to implement a healthy lifestyle in their daily lives. (AANN/HCD)
