HIMADIKA : National Webinar "Stop Self-Diagnose: Manage Your Mental Health by Utilizing Technology"

FIKES UPNVJ - On Saturday, July 27, 2024, a National Webinar activity was held with the theme "Stop Self-Diagnose: Manage your mental health by utilizing technology". This activity was carried out online via Zoom Meeting. The number of participants who attended the 2024 National Webinar which was carried out online was 140 participants consisting of both UPNVJ Nursing D3 students and the general public. This 2024 National Webinar activity is a sharing activity on implementing ways to deal with mental health disorders in the current modern digitalization era.

The series of activities consisted of 3 sessions, namely, presentation of material 1: "The Dangers of Self-Diagnose", presentation of material 2: "Support for Families Against Stigma in Mental Health Services", presentation of material 3: "Generation Z Mental Health Trends and Issues".

The event began with filling in participant registration on the link provided by the committee via the zoom meeting chat. First, the event was opened by Cherrya Maulidya as the MC of the 2024 National Webinar activity, then the reading of the event rules and rundown of the event and the playing of the song Indonesia Raya and the song Mars Bela Negara. Then the activity continued with remarks by remarks from the Chairperson of the 2024 National Webinar event, Chairperson of the UPN "Veteran" Jakarta D3 Nursing Student Association, and the Deputy Dean for Student Affairs.

After the remarks, MC Cherrya Maulidya introduced the moderator of the 2024 National Webinar event, Saidah Alawiyah, then continued with the reading of the CV by the moderator and the presentation of the first material by Dra. Rosnalisa Z, MPsi,Cht, Psychologist with material 1: "The Dangers of Self-Diagnose". The next session was the reading of the CV by the moderator and the presentation of the second material by Ns. Surya Effendi, M. Kep, Sp. Kep. J with material 2: "Support for Families and Fighting Stigma in Mental Health Services".

After the second presentation of the material was finished, then continued with ice breaking, namely guessing the picture to refresh the participants guided by Cherrya Maulidya as the MC. Next, the third session, namely the reading of CVs by the moderator and the presentation of the third material by Fitri Andriyani, M.Psi, Psychologist with material 3: "Trends and issues of mental health of generation z" and a question and answer session. After the presentation of the material from the three speakers. The MC guided in the presentation of the award certificate to the speakers.

Next, moving on to the closing of the event, the MC guided the filling of the post-test to the participants and instructed them to take a group photo and continued the closing with gratitude for the implementation of the event delivered by MC Cherrya Maulidya. (DDAS)
