Guidance Period (MABIM) I 2024 ADMIRE: Advancing Dreams, Achieving Excellence in Public Health"

FIKES UPNVJ - Guidance Period (MABIM) I 2024 was held on 29 June, 4 & 5 July 2024 offline in the Tanah Airku Auditorium and classrooms 203, 204, 205, 206, 207, 407, 408, 409, and 410. This event has theme "ADMIRE: Advancing Dreams, Achieving Excellence in Public Health". The aim of this activity is to develop the abilities and skills of students from the Public Health Study Program of the UPN "Veteran" Jakarta Undergraduate Program in order to prepare themselves to become prospective health workers who are active, solutive and communicative in dealing with health problems with an insight into defending the country, targeting students of the Class of 2023.

Opening Guidance Period (MABIM) I 2024, consisting of material and Post to Post which was held on Saturday, June 29 2024 offline at the Tanah Airku Auditorium, attended by 156 students. This event was hosted by the Master of Ceremony (MC), namely Janeiffah Rachma and Raisha Syahidah. The event started with participant registration, then opening, reading of the rules and taking a group photo, then continued with singing the songs Indonesia Raya, Mars Bela Negara, and Mars Kesmas. Then there were remarks from the Chief Executive of the Guidance Period (MABIM) I 2024, namely Ilyasa Divanri Wisa Ardani and remarks from the Chairman of HMKM Muhammad Raihan Hanif. Next was a speech from the Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs, Mrs. Ns. Fiora Ladesvita, S.Kep., M.Kep., Sp.Kep.MB.

The next event was the reading of the Moderator's CV, reading of Speaker 1's CV, presentation of material entitled "Mastering the Art of Becoming a Great Educator" presented by Brother Rafael Arfah, S.K.M. and a question and answer session. Next, reading the CV of Speaker 2, namely Mrs. Dr. NS. Dyah Utari, S.Kep., M.K.K.K., which was followed by a presentation of material entitled "MIRACLE in Public Health" and a question and answer session. Next, continued with ishoma and ice breaking. Then, mobilize participants to classrooms 203, 204, 205, 206, 207, 407, 408, 409, and 410 for Post to Post. Then, mobilize back to the Tanah Airku Auditorium for closing and group photos.

The next series is counseling which is carried out offline at several foundations or orphanages which will be held on Thursday, July 4 2024. Participants provide counseling with themes according to their respective groups. There are 9 groups and foundations each. Foundations collaborating with the 2024 Guidance Period I activities are located around the campus area, Limo, Depok.

The third series is the Closing of Guidance Period (MABIM) I 2024 which starts with participant registration, opening, reading of the rules and documentation session. Next was singing the songs Indonesia Raya, Mars Defending the Country, and Mars Kesmas. After that, followed by remarks from the Coordinator of the Public Health Study Program of the Undergraduate Program, Mrs. Dr. Chandrayani Simanjorang, S.K.M., M.Epid. and remarks from the Head of the Department of Public Health, Mrs. Dr. Apriningsih, M.K.M. Then it was continued with a presentation of the results of the field trip, reading of the menfess, and mobilization for the committee's appearance. Next is ishoma for 45 minutes followed by group games and announcements of the best 2024 Guidance Period (MABIM) I participants. The event was closed by the MC by completing the posttest and evaluation.
