Company Visit I OHSEF 2024 “Work Safe, Get Home Healthy”

FIKES UPNVJ - On Monday, April 29, 2024, the Company Visit I OHSEF UPNVJ 2024 work program or Company Visit at PT Pembangunan Perumahan (PP) Tbk was carried out. The field visit was carried out at the Kataraja Seksi Tol Project in Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK). PT PP Kataraja Toll Project is a company engaged in Industry, Construction, Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC), trading, area management, capacity building services in the field of construction, engineering and planning services, development and optimization of resource utilization.

With the theme “Work Safe, Get Home Healthy”, the Company Visit aims to understand the work system of a company, motivate the participants to get a further view of the world of work, especially in the aspects of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) in the construction field. Increase motivation to learn more about controlling noise, vibration, and ventilation in a company. Through this activity, it is also hoped that a good working relationship can be established between the Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment Forum (OHSEF) for the 2024/2025 period and the intended company.

In its implementation, there are several series of events that have been carried out, starting with the opening of PT PP Kataraja Toll Project., remarks from Mr. Agus Iswahyudi as Project Manager, company profile presentation which contains the company's vision and mission as well as several awards that have been received, playing the Indonesia Raya song and showing Safety Induction. Followed by the presentation of HSE implementation in the company by Mr. Kurdivan as HSE Site Manager, which contained an introduction to the HSE program, strategic program plans, and issues in the company. This was followed by a question and answer session, a plaque from OHSEF UPNVJ, a site visit to a toll road and road paving project, a group photo, and a closing ceremony from PT PP Kataraja Toll Project. and OHSEF UPNVJ.

It is hoped that after the implementation of Company Visit 1, participants will gain new knowledge and experiences related to the application of Occupational Safety and Health science in a company engaged in construction. In addition, it is hoped that a relationship can be established in the UPN “Veteran” Jakarta Public Health Study Program, especially in the specialization of Occupational Safety and Health with PT PP Kataraja Toll Project.
