COMPARATIVE STUDY OF HIMADIKA AND PKJ 1 “Build Good Relationships and Cooperation to Increase Quality Association Innovation"

FIKES UPNVJ - The name of this activity is the Benchmarking Study of the Nursing Study Program Three Diploma Program (HIMADIKA) PSDM Division of the Faculty of Health Sciences UPN "Veteran" Jakarta in 2024. The theme of this activity is "Build Good Relationships and Cooperation to Increase Quality Association Innovation" with the aim of gaining new experiences with organizations outside HIMADIKA for comparison purposes that will later become an evaluation of HIMADIKA's performance with external institution associations held on March 23, 2024, and conducted offline attended by 65 participants consisting of the Deputy Dean 3 of the Faculty of Health Sciences, nursing students from Hima Keperawatan PKJ 1, and all members of Himadika for the period 2024/2025, Faculty of Health Sciences UPN "Veteran" Jakarta.

The event lasted for approximately 5 hours and began with an opening and prayer reading by the MC, followed by filling out the attendance link, singing the Indonesian national anthem, Mars Bela Negara, Mars Poltekkes Kemenkes Jakarta 1, and screening of the FIKES UPNVJ Profile Video and PKJ 1 Profile.

Then, it continued with a group photo session, followed by speeches from the Deputy Dean of FIKES UPNVJ, Mr. Agustiyawan, SST, FT, M.Fis, FTr, AIFO, the speech of the head organizer of the benchmarking study, the head of Himadika 2024, and the head of PKJ 1. This was followed by a presentation of Himadika's profile, discussions with BPH and each department of Himadika and Hima Kep PKJ 1, a campus tour, and finally the presentation of a plaque to Hima Kep PKJ 1, a group photo, and closing remarks.
