Quality Control Group (GKM) Restructuring Meeting February 2024

FIKES UPNVJ - On Wednesday, 07 February 2024 FIKES held a Restructuring Meeting of the Quality Control Group (GKM) of the Faculty of Health Sciences, National Development University "Veteran" Jakarta. Through a zoom meeting, which was attended by Desmawati, SKP, M.Kep, Sp. Kep, Mat, PhD (as Dean), Ns. Fiora Ladesvita, S.Kep, Sp.Kep, MB (Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs), Rita Ismail, S.Kp., M.K.M., MTD(HE)., Ph.D., Dr Apriningsih, SKM.MKM., Ns. Indah Permatasari, Skep., M.Kep., Farahdina Bachtiar, S.Ft., Physio., M.Sc., Rabia, S.Ft., M.Biomed., Ns. Cut Sarida Pompey, S.Kep., M.N.S., Dr. Chandrayani Simanjorang,, S.K.M., M.Epid., Ns. Lina Berliana Togatorop, S.Kep., M.Kep, Ns. Rycco Darmareja, S.Kep., M.Kep., Nayla Kamilia Fithri, S.KM., M.P.H., Dr. Nur Intania Sofianita, S.I.Kom, MKM, Ns. Gamya Tri Utami, M.Kep, Dr. Lusyta Puri Ardhiyanti, Amd.Keb., S.St., M.Kes, Mona Oktarina, S.Ft., Ftr., M.Biomed., Dr. Laily Hanifah, SKM., M.Kes., Irza Maudy Maharani., A.Md.Kep., All study program coordinators must be aware of the restructuring changes that are being carried out today. Because we need fast data to be sent to LP3M for making the GKM SK.

The presentation was delivered by the Dean of the Faculty of Health Sciences, UPN "Veteran" Jakarta, namely Dr. Chandrayani Simanjorang,, S.K.M., M.Epid has been serving as Chair of GKM, she was chosen as Coordinator of the Undergraduate Public Health Study Program to replace Mr Arga whose term of office has expired as of January 2024.

So the structuring of GKM FIKES in 2024 will be the Chair of GKM, namely Mrs. Rita Ismail, S.Kp., M.K.M., MTD(HE)., Ph.D., for the Deputy Chair of GKM FIKES, namely Dr. Lusyta Puti A, Amd.Keb, S.St, M.Kes, and Membership remains the same but for Masters in Public Health, we ask the Study Program Coordinator to find a replacement for GKM Masters in Public Health.

Thank you, Mrs. Chandrayani, for her dedication as chairman in 2023. We ask that Mrs. Chandrayani and Mrs. Rita Ismail carry out operations (Monev, Preparation and learning process, AISO and AMI) activities that are routinely carried out by other GKMs. And for Mrs. Rita, gathering all the GKM FIKES teams for an internal meeting, common perceptions and future plans. Because as of today, the chairman of GKM, Mrs. Chandrayani, has been formally transferred to Mrs. Rita, automatically Mrs. Rita has carried out the function as chairman of GKM. Then Mrs. Chandrayani was formally given the mandate to replace Mr. Arga as Coordinator of the Undergraduate Public Health Study Program, I think carrying out her duties as Study Program Coordinator. There will be a follow-up to Setun and Roum so that the Chancellor's Decree regarding the GKM Decree and the Decree of the Coordinator of the Public Health Study Program for undergraduate programs will be issued on February 16 2024.
