Attended by the Dean, Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs, Deputy Dean for Student Affairs and Cooperation and all Heads of Department, Coordinating Departments, Head of Lab, and the FIKES GKM Team
RTM is an effort to control the achievement of the Dean's Performance Agreement (PK) in 2024. Through a Faculty management review meeting together with all study program coordinators within FIKES, determine achievement targets and strategies for achieving PK in 2024.
There will be additional performance indicators of approximately 15 indicators from 2023. Each Head of Study Program lowers the Faculty PK target to the study program target. All study programs in the Faculty of Health Sciences are committed and working together to fulfill the 2024 PK.
