Rapat Kerja Nasional (RAKERNAS) XV ILMAGI “Build Good Cooperation to Elevate the Quality of Nutrition Organizations"

FIKES UPNVJ - Depok, 19 November 2023- With a sense of pride, the Nutrition Student Association (HIMAGI) Faculty of Health Sciences, National Development University "Veteran" Jakarta has carried out a series of activities at the XV ILMAGI National Working Meeting (RAKERNAS) with the theme "Build Good Cooperation to Elevate the Quality of Nutrition Organizations”. The XV ILMAGI National Working Meeting (RAKERNAS) is an early year activity for the management of the Indonesian Nutrition Student Association (ILMAGI) 2023/2024 which discusses ILMAGI's work program for one management period as well as tendering for national events. This activity took place at the DKI Jakarta Province Education Quality Assurance Center (BPMP) for 3 days on November 17-19 2023.

The first day's activities began with participant registration, opening by the MC, and playing the songs Indonesia Raya, Mars Bela Negara, and Mars UPN "Veteran" Jakarta. The event continued with remarks given by Azzahra Bonita Nugroho as Chair of the XV ILMAGI National Working Meeting (RAKERNAS), Olvi Oktafiani as Chair of the Nutrition Student Association (HIMAGI) for the 2022/2023 period, Muhammad Maulana Ardhan as Secretary General of the Indonesian Nutrition Student Association (ILMAGI) Elected for the 2023/2024 period, and Mrs. Dr. Nur Intania Sofianita, S.I.Kom., M.K.M. as Coordinator of the Undergraduate Nutrition Study Program. Then, socialization was carried out by the Regional Management of the Jakarta Indonesian Nutritionist Association (PD AsNI Jakarta) which was followed by the inauguration of the opening and parade of university delegates, reading prayers, opening the session, reading the rules of the session, and electing the presidium. Furthermore, the inauguration of BPI and the ILMAGI Regional Coordinator for the 2023/2024 period was carried out as well as a presentation of the work program of the Supreme Advisory Council (DPA), Secretary General and Deputy Secretary General, General Secretary, General Treasurer and Regional Coordinator. The next series of events is the inauguration of the ILMAGI department for the 2023/2024 period and the presentation of work programs from each department, namely the Ad Hoc, Issues and Advocacy Department, Student Resource Development (PSDM), Community Service, and Finance.

On the second day, the activity began with registration, distribution of snacks, and opening. The work program presentation was continued by the Department of Information and Communication, Education and Profession, Public Relations, and the introduction and presentation of the work program by the Alliance of Indonesian Health Student Organizations (AOMKI). The next activities were tenderization, closing of the trial, and ending with a city tour to Kota Tua.

The following day, participants took part in a national seminar called Nutrition on Trends (NEUTRONS) with the theme "Optimizing Nutrition in the Digital Era: Navigating Trends and Challenges" which was included in the series of events at the XV ILMAGI National Working Meeting (RAKERNAS). The event began with registration, distribution of snacks, and playing of the songs Indonesia Raya, Mars Bela Negara, and Mars UPN "Veteran" Jakarta. Then, there were remarks given by Ruri Firliani Darmadi as Chief Executive of Nutrition on Trends (NEUTRONS), Olvi Oktafiani as Chair of the Nutrition Student Association (HIMAGI) for the 2022/2023 period, and Mrs. Dr. Nur Intania Sofianita, S.I.Kom., M.K.M. as Coordinator of the Undergraduate Nutrition Study Program. Next, the event is handed over to the moderator which begins with reading the moderator's CV. The moderator continued with an opening statement and reading the CV of the first speaker, namely Mrs. Dr. Firlia Ayu Arini, S.K.M., M.K.M.. Before entering the material session, there is a pretest. After that, the first speaker explained the material, held a question and answer session, and received a certificate handed over by the chief executive. The event continued with the presentation of material from the second speaker, namely Mrs. Gita Kartika Ramadhani, S.Gz., which was then followed by a question and answer session and the presentation of certificates by the chief executive. After resting, praying and eating, an ice breaking was held which was then continued with the presentation of material from the third speaker, namely Mrs. Khairizka Citra Palupi, S.Gz., M.Sc., which was also followed by a question and answer session and the presentation of a certificate by the chief executive. Before it ends, participants are directed to complete the post-test first. After that, there was a closing statement from the moderator and the event was closed by the MC. The event ended with a documentation session for the committee, ILMAGI, and seminar speakers. A total of 86 participants, both the ILMAGI National Daily Management (PHN) and university delegations, also attended the XV ILMAGI National Working Meeting (RAKERNAS).
