KESMAS BEROLAHRAGA (MASBRO) “Reconnect: Reviving Heritage of Indonesian Culture through Traditional Sports Competition”

FIKES UPNVJ - Public Health Sports (MasBro) activities were held on Saturday, October 14 2023 offline at the UPN "Veteran" Jakarta Faculty of Health Sciences Field with the theme "Reconnect: Reviving Heritage of Indonesian Culture through Traditional Sports Competition". This activity aims to explore the potential and increase the talent interest of UPNVJ Undergraduate Public Health Study Program students in non-academic fields. The target of this activity was UPNVJ Undergraduate Public Health Study Program students class 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023 and was attended by 52 participants.

Public Health Sports (MasBro) was guided by the Master of Ceremony (MC), namely Inara Perdana Kurnia as a Student of the Public Health Study Program Undergraduate Program class of 2022 and Ditza Ghali Dzakaria as a Student of the Public Health Study Program Undergraduate Program class of 2023. This activity started with participant registration and opening by the MC as well as prayer reading. The next series is listening to the songs Indonesia Raya, Mars Bela Negara, and Mars Kesmas. Then, remarks by Muhamad Naufal as Chief Executive of Sports Community Health (MasBro) and remarks by Muhammad Imam Fadhillah as General Chair of the Public Health Student Association for the 2023/2024 Period. Then it continues with the presentation of the competition rules and procedures by the Committee.

The first competition held was the Sepak Takraw competition and then the Ishoma break. Followed by the Clogs competition and the Sack Race. After that, winners were announced and prizes were distributed to participants who won the competition as well as group photos for documentation. This activity closed with a closing and performance from HMKM Music. (CM)
