FIKES UPNVJ - On Saturday, September 30, 2023, the Basic Leadership Training of D3 Nursing Students in 2023 took place with the theme "Leadership and Solidarity Behavior: The Dynamics Of Unifying Leadership in Diverse Group Solidarity".
This activity was carried out offline in the 8th Floor Merce Room, Classrooms 203, 204 and 205 UPN "Veteran" Jakarta. The number of participants who attended the LDKM 2023 which was carried out offline was 80 participants consisting of new D3 Nursing UPNVJ students. This Basic Student Leadership Training activity is to provide insight into leadership and train cohesiveness and cooperation of Nursing Study Program Students in the Diploma Three Program.
The series of activities consisted of 3 sessions, namely, presentation of material 1: "Building Effective Teamwork", presentation of material 2: "Becoming a Servant Leader and Transformational Leadership in the Work Environment, Organizations and Society", and presentation of material 3: "Introduction to HIMADIKA & HIMADIKA School".
The event began with filling in the participant registration on the paper prepared by the committee before entering the room to confirm the existing data. First, the event was opened with a morning assembly at the Faculty of Health Sciences UPN "Veteran" Jakarta Field guided by Ayunnisa Balqis as MC, then remarks from Ns. Laksita Barbara, S.Kep, M.N as the Head of Nursing Study Program of Diploma Three Program and Agustiyawan, SST. FT, M.Fis as the Deputy Dean for Student Affairs and Cooperation. Followed by the handover of name tags to new students. Then the activity continued in the Merce Room on the 8th floor starting with the reading of the rules, rundown of events, and remarks from Naomi Sarah Tambunan as the Chief Executive and Nadia Sapitri as the Head of the D3 Nursing Student Association UPN "Veteran" Jakarta.
After the speech, MC Ayunnisa Balqis introduced the moderator of the LDKM 2023 event, Neneng Oktavia, then continued with the reading of the CV by the moderator and the presentation of the first material by Ns. Rycco Darmareja, S.Kep, M.Kep with the material "Building Effective Teamwork" and a question and answer session.
Furthermore, the reading of the CV by the moderator and the presentation of the second material by Dhea Ananda, Amd.Kep with the material: "Becoming a Servant Leader and Transformational Leadership in the Work Environment, Organization and Society" and a question and answer session.
Furthermore, break time is a break to stretch the body and eat snacks that have been brought by participants guided by MC Ayunnisa Balqis. After finishing the break time, continued with the third material by Nadia Sapitri and Rati Ari Sandra with the material: "Introduction of HIMADIKA & HIMADIKA School". Furthermore, the participants conducted a Marching Troop Exercise with Private First Class Rianus Tein and Private First Class Frederikus Erik. Furthermore, ice breaking guided by the MC, the appearance of each group's yell and preparation for the afternoon rally at the Faculty of Health Sciences UPN "Veteran" Jakarta Field.
Furthermore, the handover of PDL and a photo session with the participants of the Basic Student Leadership Training and followed by closing with thanks for the implementation of the event delivered by MC Ayunnisa Balqis. (WYN)
