FIKES UPNVJ - The WEBNATION (Webinar National and Batavia Competition) activity is a national competition and webinar event that has been organized by KSM Batavia UPN "Veteran" Jakarta since 2021. The series being competed in 2023 are poster competitions, video simulations and essays. related to the activity theme determined by WEBNATION (Webinar National and Batavia Competition) as well as the National Webinar activity as the peak of this WEBNATION activity.
The National Webinar is the Peak Event of the Competition which will be held on Saturday, September 23 2023 online via the Zoom Meeting platform. This event was attended by 207 participants from various groups and agencies. WEBNATION carries the theme "Optimizing the Role of Health Workers in Mitigating Disasters Due to Climate Change" with the hope that participants can gain knowledge regarding how to deal with disasters in the future. This event lasted for 4 hours and began with the opening of the event, singing the songs Indonesia Raya and MARS Bela Negara, remarks from the Chief Executive, Chair of KSM BATAVIA, KSM BATAVIA Trustees, and Deputy Dean of FIKES for Student Affairs and Cooperation.
Then, it continued with Speaker Session 1 which was presented by Mr. Marjuki, M.Si from BMKG with the material "Mitigation and Adaptation to Climate Change in Indonesia" and continued with questions and answers and giving plaques.
After that, the participants took part in the ice breaking that had been held by the committee. Then, it continued with Speaker Session 2 presented by Mrs. Desak Nyoman Sithi, SKp, MARS, PhD as a Lecturer at UPN "Veteran" Jakarta with the material "Diseases Due to Climate Change". After that, it was followed by questions and answers and giving plaques. Then, it continued with the announcement of the winners of the Batavia Competition. Then it closes with the Post Test.
