FIKES UPNVJ - Depok, September 22, 2023- With a sense of pride, the Nutrition Student Association (HIMAGI) Faculty of Health Sciences, National Development University "Veteran" Jakarta has held Aerobic at Limo (AEROLIM) 2023 with the theme "Developing the Spirit of Nutripreneur and the Spirit of Exercise in an Effort to Realize a Productive, Healthy and Fit Indonesia". Aerobic at Limo (AEROLIM) 2023 is an aerobic exercise activity together at the limo campus of the Faculty of Health Sciences, National Development University "Veteran" Jakarta organized by the Nutrition Student Association (HIMAGI) for the 2022/2023 period and is a work program of the Creation, Arts and Sports Division (Kreasor). There were health checks, mini challenges, door prizes, mini games, photo booths, and entertainment in the form of flashmob and live music.
Aerobic at Limo (AEROLIM) 2023 consisted of a series of events that began with the opening by the MC, aerobic gymnastics together, and singing Indonesia Raya, Mars Bela Negara, and Mars UPN "Veteran" Jakarta. Then, it was continued with the delivery of remarks by Hanin Salsabila Wardany as the Chief Executive of Aerobic at Limo (AEROLIM) 2023, Olvi Oktafiani as the Chairperson of the Nutrition Student Association (HIMAGI) for the 2022/2023 period, Dr. Nur Intania Sofianita, S.I.Kom., M.K.M. as Coordinator of the Nutrition Study Program of UPN "Veteran" Jakarta, and remarks by the Dean of the Faculty of Health Sciences represented by Agustiawan S.S.T, F.T, M.Fis, Ftr., AIFO as Deputy Dean for Student Affairs and Cooperation. Furthermore, participants are welcome to visit the health check booth, mini games, and photobooth that have been available on the field. The activity continued with live music performances, flashmob, and ended with closing by the MC.
