The agenda for the meeting included discussing the progress of the thesis implementation and discussing the results of a survey on the interest of active students in the Undergraduate Program for Public Health Study Program facilitated by the Public Health Student Association (HMKM) UPN Veterans Jakarta. In the first discussion agenda, each thesis supervisor present explained the current conditions of the Even Semester T.A. Thesis participants. 2021/2022 mentored. From this presentation, it is known that most of the participants are ready to take part in the T.A. Even Semester Thesis Session. 2021/2022 which starts on Thursday, June 23, 2022. However, there are still some who experience problems in managing Ethical Clearance, collecting data in the field, or long time no news. In addition, we also discussed the condition of the participants of the Independent Learning-Independent Campus (MBKM) Research program which was attended by four students, namely Alifah Safira, Ayu Magdalena, Nabila Aulia, and Dian Pertiwi. The four students were guided by Mrs. Dr. Apriningsih, MKM and will participate in the dissemination process of the publication of journal articles.

Regarding the second discussion agenda, namely the survey of interest, the Head of the Public Health Study Program for the Undergraduate Program presented the results of the survey facilitated by HMKM UPN Veterans Jakarta the previous week. The survey requires that every active student of the 2020 Bachelor of Public Health Study Program fill in two main fields, namely the first priority choice of specialization and the second priority choice. The most striking result of this survey is that students who chose Occupational Health and Safety (K3) as the first priority reached 84 out of 154 active students (55.3%). This will be the focus of the next discussion because the K3 specialization class, which in the 2022/2023 Academic Year, will only be opened by one class taking into account the load conditions and the number of permanent lecturer resources (different from the previous year where two K3 specialization classes were opened). On the other hand, as the first priority, the Epidemiology and Environmental Health specialization won the smallest number of voters, namely with 14 (9.2%) and 9 (5.9%) of 154 students. A different scenario is seen in the second priority election where the Health Administration and Policy (AKK) specialization won the most voters with 43 out of 154 active students (28.3%) and more than 20 active students chose each other. After that, each faculty representative of the specialization expressed their own opinion regarding the results of the specialization survey. What then needs to be done by the Public Health Study Program for the Undergraduate Program is to bring the results of this meeting to the Dean of the Faculty of Health Sciences UPN Veterans Jakarta and clarify several things, such as the requirements for opening specialization classes and increasing student capacity per class.

With the implementation of the Management Review Meeting of the Public Health Study Program of the Undergraduate Program, we hope that all participants of the Thesis Even Semester T.A. 2021/2022 can go through the trial process smoothly. Also, we hope that the opening of the specialization class in the 2022/2023 Academic Year can see a bright spot. (AB).
