HIMFIS: Ramadhan Blessings “Optimize Health, Maximize Worship in the Holy Month of Ramadhan”

FIKES UPNVJ – A series of events entitled Berkah Ramadhan were held by the Physiotherapy Student Association of the Diploma Three Program, Faculty of Health Sciences, UPN “Veteran” Jakarta on Saturday, March 22, 2025, which was held offline at the Mizan Amanah Bukit Cinere Orphanage for Orphans and the Poor with the theme “Optimize Health, Maximize Worship in the Holy Month of Ramadan”.

The 2025 Berkah Ramadhan activity is one of the work programs held by the Department of Social Affairs which aims to actualize the humanitarian values ​​taught in religious teachings, such as caring, compassion, and empathy, through real contributions in providing assistance to orphans. The activity was carried out in the form of assistance accompanied by the provision of materials with a question and answer session.

On Saturday, March 22, 2025, the activity took place offline at the Mizan Amanah Bukit Cinere Orphanage for Orphans and the Poor. The event started at 09.00 to 11.55 WIB. This activity was attended by approximately 15 offline participants from orphans and the poor. This activity was guided by Rama Setiyawan and Destin Aprilia as the MCs who are Active Physiotherapy Students of the Diploma Three Program, Faculty of Health Sciences, UPN "Veteran" Jakarta, class of 2024. Then this activity began with the gathering and preparation of the committee, briefing the committee, opening by the MC, then singing the song Indonesia Raya and the National Defense March, remarks by the Chairperson of the Berkah Ramadhan Executive Committee, then remarks by the Chairperson of the Physiotherapy Student Association of the Diploma Program, then remarks by the Head of the Diploma Three Physiotherapy Study Program, UPN "Veteran" Jakarta and remarks by the Deputy Dean III for Student Affairs, Alumni and Cooperation, UPN "Veteran" Jakarta, continued with a documentation session, then presentation of material, then a question and answer session, ice breaking, provision of snacks by the committee, and finally closing by the MC. The benefits of the Ramadhan Blessing Activity are to introduce the Physiotherapy Study Program, especially the Diploma Three Physiotherapy Program of UPN “Veteran” Jakarta, as a forum for health promotion and to provide participants with the opportunity to gain a better understanding of maintaining health and fitness during the month of Ramadan. The end of the 2025 Ramadhan Blessing activity will be published on the social media of the Physiotherapy Student Association of the Diploma Three Program, Faculty of Health Sciences, UPN “Veteran” Jakarta.
