HIMFIS: Foster Village 1 “Active and Healthy Ramadan with Physiotherapy”

FIKES UPNVJ – A series of activities for the Foster Village 1 event organized by the Physiotherapy Student Association of the Diploma Three Program, Faculty of Health Sciences, UPN “Veteran” Jakarta, was held on Sunday, March 23, 2025, which was held offline at RW.01 Bedahan Village with the theme “Active and Healthy Ramadan with Physiotherapy”. The 2025 Foster Village 1 activity is one of the work programs held by the Department of Social Affairs which aims to Improve Community Health and Mobility Through Empowerment.

The activity was carried out in the form of counseling by serving the community. On Sunday, March 23, 2025, the activity took place offline at RW.01 Bedahan Village. The event started at 09.00 – 11.40 WIB. This activity was attended by 25 elderly people from RW.01 Bedahan Village. This activity was hosted by Neva Victoria Alexandra and Kamawitha Naila Khairunnisa, as the MCs who are Active Physiotherapy Students of the Diploma Three Program, Faculty of Health Sciences, UPN "Veteran" Jakarta, class of 2024. Then this activity began with an opening by the MC, singing the song Indonesia Raya, remarks by the Chief Executive, remarks by the Chairperson of the Physiotherapy Student Association of the Diploma Three Program, and remarks by the Cadre of RW.01 Bedahan Village. After that, it was continued with filling in participant registration, filling in the pre-test, material presentation, question and answer session, ice breaking session, filling in the post-test, giving door prizes, a group photo session and finally closing by the MC.

The benefits of the Foster Village 1 Activity are to introduce the Physiotherapy Study Program, especially the Diploma Three Physiotherapy Program of UPN "Veteran" Jakarta, as a forum for health promotion and to provide participants with the opportunity to gain a better understanding of the importance of maintaining fitness during the month of Ramadan. The end of the 2025 Foster Village 1 activity will be published on the social media of the Physiotherapy Student Association of the Diploma Three Program, Faculty of Health Sciences, UPN "Veteran" Jakarta.
