Grand Launching BEM Fakultas Ilmu Kesehatan UPN “Veteran” Jakarta Tahun 2025/2026

FIKES UPNVJ - Grand Launching of the Student Executive Board of the Faculty of Health Sciences UPN "Veteran" Jakarta in 2025/2026 is a work program of BEM FIKES UPNVJ for the 2025/2026 period which includes the Media and Information Bureau. The purpose of holding the Grand Launching of BEM FIKES UPNVJ 2025 is to introduce and inaugurate BEM FIKES UPN "Veteran" Jakarta 2025/2026 Adikarya Action Cabinet and to build positive relations between BEM FIKES UPN "Veteran" Jakarta with ORMAWA FIKES, Students, and other related parties. As well as socializing the vision, mission, work program, and management structure of BEM FIKES UPNVJ for the 2025/2026 period, so that a good understanding is created regarding the role and function of BEM FIKES in supporting student activities and developing student potential. The series of activities for the Grand Launching of BEM FIKES 2025 is intended for all members of the Adikarya Action Cabinet of BEM FIKES UPNVJ 2025 and all families of students of the Faculty of Health Sciences. This Grand Launching activity was held on March 1, 2025.

The Grand Launching event of BEM FIKES UPNVJ 2025 with the theme "Empowering Action to Inspiring Change with Aksada" and the tagline "Aksada Sparks the Change" which was held on Saturday, March 1, 2025 offline at the MERCe Auditorium, 8th Floor, UPN "Veteran" Jakarta Limo Campus, Depok. This event was hosted by Siti Rasyiqa Nayyara from the Public Health Undergraduate study program and Chantika Aprilia from the Public Health Undergraduate study program as the host of the Grand Launching of BEM FIKES UPNVJ 2025 which was attended by 73 participants from members of the Adikarya Action Cabinet of BEM FIKES UPNVJ 2025 and families of students of the Faculty of Health Sciences.

The event was opened with a prayer led by the host, then singing the song Indonesia Raya and the National Defense March, then continued with documentation and a series of welcoming events. The series of welcoming events were opened by Mr. Ichlasul Adzani as the Chief Executive as a welcome to all participants of the Grand Launching who had attended, then continued with remarks from Ms. Ivana Adiba Rahmi as the Chairperson of the Student Executive Board of UPN "Veteran" Jakarta for the 2025/2026 period, continued with remarks given by Mr. Agustiyawan, SST.FT., M.Fis., Ftr., AIFO as the Vice Dean for Student Affairs, Alumni, and Cooperation of the Faculty of Health Sciences, UPN "Veteran" Jakarta.

The series of events continued with the presentation of the management and work program by the Internal Control and Development Unit Bureau then there was a QnA session, continued with the presentation of the management and work program by the Administration Bureau then there was a QnA session, continued with the presentation of the management and work program by the Media and Information Bureau then there was a QnA session, with each Bureau or Field given 25 minutes. The next series of events was Ice Breaking which lasted for 10 minutes and was guided by the host. The series of events continued with the presentation of the management and work program by the Social, Political and Community Environment Division, then there was a QnA session, followed by the presentation of the management and work program by the Advocacy and Student Welfare Division, then there was a QnA session, followed by the presentation of the management and work program by the Interest and Talent Division, then there was a QnA session. The last presentation was explained by the Chairperson and Deputy Chairperson of BEM FIKES 2025 regarding the vision and mission of BEM FIKES UPNVJ for the 2025/2026 period of the Adikarya Action Cabinet. After the presentation session of the management and work program of each Bureau or Division was completed, the next series of events was the Games Session in the form of Chemistry Games hosted by the host for 20 minutes. After the games session ended, the winner would be determined. Interest and Talent Field as the champion in Chemistry Games at the Grand Launching of BEM FIKES UPNVJ 2025. After the winner of the competition was determined, the host ended the event until the end with the closing of the Grand Launching of BEM FIKES UPNVJ for the 2025/2026 period. (HNK)
